A Righteous Female Knight Never Compromises!-Chapter 2 : These Bandits Are Way Too Twisted!
{Chapter 2} These Bandits Are Way Too Twisted!
[Day 7: After waking up, you continue to endure the humiliation from the female bandits.]
[You notice your tolerance has improved significantly, but you still can’t withstand three hours of relentless assault.]
[You felt pleasure.]
[You pass out.]
[Day 8: You find yourself untied but still locked in a cage.]
[The bandit leader appears before you again, tending to you gently.]
[Before leaving, she asks if you’d be willing to become her bandit wife.]
[You reluctantly refuse.]
Why "reluctantly" refuse? What’s with the hesitation?
[She slaps you again, then pins you down forcefully.]
[Overwhelmed by intense pleasure, you nearly give in.]
[You felt intense pleasure.]
[You pass out.]
Ugh… When will this unbearable simulation end?
Propping her chin on her hand and tapping her foot impatiently, Anna no longer resembled a knight or a noble lady in the slightest, she looked more like an irritable delinquent.
[Day 9: You wake up to find the bandit leader still holding you.]
[Noticing you’re awake, she gently asks again if you’d be willing to become her bandit wife.]
[You reluctantly refuse once more, only to see her pull out a long whip from somewhere.]
[Amidst alternating cries of "I love you" and "I’m sorry," you spend a day of pain and pleasure.]
[You pass out.]
Wow, this bandit leader is definitely some kind of pervert! How vile!
Just imagining this happening to her in real life made Anna shudder.
[Day 10: You wake up tied to a post again, completely naked, and see the bandit leader heating a branding iron over a fire.]
[She asks you one final time if you’d be willing to become her bandit wife. If not, she’ll brand a heart-shaped mark onto your abdomen, reducing you to a slave for the entire bandit den.]
[Faced with the branding iron and the previous torment, you finally break.]
[You agree to become her bandit wife. The leader is delighted, kisses you, and then suddenly flashes a sinister smile.]
[Your abdomen is branded.]
[You are immediately reduced to a slave in the bandit den.]
[After that, despite their best efforts, Louise and Heliga never find you, as the bandits constantly relocate, even moving beyond the kingdom’s borders.]
[You become nothing more than a tool for the female bandits. Years later, after they grow tired of you, they throw you into the sea.]
[You die.]
[Simulation complete. Calculating results…]
Ugh… How revolting…
A bandit den like that is better off dead!
Anna felt physically sick from such a terrible storyline, but then again, these were murderous, pillaging bandits, it made sense they’d be so awful.
According to the simulation, the attack would happen the day after tomorrow. Though the simulations were now limited to once a day, she could still run another one tomorrow to see if there was a better outcome.
As for these bandits… No matter how she dealt with them later, in Anna’s mind, they had already become targets that had to be eliminated.
Who cares if they’re "not that bad"? Bandits this twisted are evil!
…For now, she needed some water to calm down.
Taking a sip from her bottle, Anna steadied her emotions and temporarily pushed the simulation’s contents to the back of her mind.
Then, she opened the achievement screen, which she hadn’t checked in a while.
First, two achievements had just been unlocked:
[Achievement Unlocked: Bandit’s Plaything (Bronze)]
[Bandit’s Plaything (Bronze): Played physically and mentally by a group of bandits, reduced to nothing more than their toy.]
[Reward: 1 Achievement Point]
[Silver Unlock Reward: Turn the tables and become the bandit leader.]
[Achievement Unlocked: Artificial Mark (Bronze) (Silver)]
[Artificial Mark (Bronze) (Silver): Branded with an indelible mark, leaving a permanent scar on your abdomen.]
[Reward: 1 + 10 Achievement Points] [Gold Unlock Condition: None]
Turn the tables? Me, a knight, becoming a bandit?
The first achievement could be ignored, but the second one… Anna wanted to ignore it, but unlocking both bronze and silver tiers at once was hard to overlook.
This might be the first time she’d received an upgraded achievement reward, though Anna wasn’t exactly thrilled about it…
Now that she had time to examine the achievement interface properly, she finally understood what "optimized achievement interface, now displaying unlocked and locked achievements more clearly" meant.
Basically, unlocked achievements were now in one category, and locked ones in another, instead of everything being jumbled together in a single messy list.
By the way, the achievement interface button was no longer tiny and easy to miss. It had replaced the old tutorial and customer service buttons, sitting right next to [Start Simulation].
That at least deserved some praise… though Anna had already gotten used to accessing it from that spot, so, praise given, but very limited.
Now! Time for Anna’s most anticipated moment!
After claiming the 12 Achievement Points, her original total should have been 39.
But don’t forget! The simulator update had promised 100 Achievement Points as compensation!
With trembling hands, she opened the Achievement Shop and saw the balance displayed clearly: 139 Achievement Points. Anna’s breathing grew heavy.
Finally! The Strength Enhancer she’d been eyeing for most of Volume 1 could finally be hers!
But after a quick search… something seemed different?
[Strength Enhancer α: Increases Strength attribute by one small rank.] [100 AP]
[Strength Enhancer β (NEW!): Increases Strength attribute by one large rank.] [200 AP]
The old Strength Enhancer now had an "α" suffix, and there was a new item, a "β" version.
200 AP for a full rank-up… Since three small ranks equal one large rank, the β version only cost 100 AP more than α.
…Wouldn’t β be way more cost-effective?!
What kind of marketing trap is this?!
Anna’s frugal instincts screamed at her to save up, reach 200 AP, and buy the Strength Enhancer β for maximum efficiency.
But her lazy, carefree desires whispered that she should just get the Strength Enhancer α now, boost her strength, immediately advance to E-rank Knight, receive her fief, and live the easy life of a landlord…
The two thoughts wrestled in her mind, leaving her frozen.
This was the so-called "optimized Achievement Shop with more items available"?
This wasn’t an optimization, it was a scam! A scheme to drain her Achievement Points!
Though Anna wouldn’t have phrased it that way, she did grasp the essence of it.
