Becoming Secret Nanny for Possessive CEO-Chapter 159: Secret Mission

Chapter 159

Chapter 159: Chapter 159: Secret Mission
In the end, Callum carried out his revenge, involving quite a few people. He even enlisted the help of James and Arabella, as his mission wouldn’t go smoothly if he did it alone. Moreover, Yvette is a very dangerous woman; just hearing Arabella’s story sent shivers down his spine. As for looking after the twins, as usual, it was Patrick and Renata’s responsibility.
Of course, Edith also wanted to look attractive today to infuriate Yvette later. She stared at a paper bag placed on the table with a sly smile.
"You will see a different me later, Callum."
"I’m curious. What will you be like?" Callum wrapped his arms around his fiancée’s back and kissed her lips. "I’ll be going now."
"If she suddenly came to you at the office, would you throw her out?"
"No. I actually wanted to tease her so her heart would melt."
"She’ll definitely love seeing you so sweet to her. Especially since you saved her in the pool yesterday."
"We’ll just have to see what her reaction is. From Arabella’s perspective, Yvette is angry with me because my actions didn’t meet her expectations.
*****
Callum returned to his office after a lengthy chat with his fiancée at the boutique. He was curious about what she would wear, as she would be wearing a dress she designed herself.
Just as he entered the office and was about to take off his jacket, Yvette suddenly barged into his office, startling him. Edith’s previous hunch was correct; Yvette was definitely going to do something crazy.
"Yvette, didn’t I tell you earlier that we would just meet at the hotel?"
Yvette pursed her lips, slowly walking toward the handsome man who had captivated her gaze. "You look so handsome today. Is today a special day?" Her arms wrapped around the muscular waist in front of her.
Meanwhile, Callum smiled sweetly and gently stroked Yvette’s head. "Finally, someone compliments my good looks."
"Didn’t your fiancé compliment you?"
"She hasn’t cared about my appearance lately. That’s why I was so happy to hear that compliment from you."
"By the way, why did you suddenly invite me to your hotel? Did you want to talk about something?"
"You said you wanted to talk to me tonight. So, I thought today would be the perfect day to do it."
*****
Upon arriving at the hotel, Callum immediately invited Yvette for a drink at the bar. The bartender serving her was James. Relying on his disguise skills, James donned a bartender’s uniform, a fake mustache, and glasses to avoid detection. James smiled warmly at the arrival of today’s special guest.
"Thank you for serving the best wine in this bar," Callum said, raising his glass.
Yvette smiled coquettishly, gently stroking his broad shoulders. "If I get drunk, I won’t be able to go home."
"I will take responsibility for getting you drunk."
Yvette took a moment to sip her wine enthusiastically, then placed the glass on the table. Her head suddenly began to spin, and she wrapped her arms around his strong arm tightly.
"What’s wrong with you, Yvette?"
"My head hurts a little all of a sudden." A crazy idea suddenly crossed her mind. She had to seize this opportunity so she could sleep with Callum all night long. "By the way, I’m going out for a bit."
"Would you like me to accompany you?"
"No need. Just leave me alone."
Callum wasn’t so foolish as to let Yvette walk out of the bar alone. Now it was Arabella’s turn to follow Yvette quietly. Her casual attire was intended to avoid attracting attention from the hotel guests, and Yvette wouldn’t notice her presence.
Upon arriving at the hotel reception desk, Arabella immediately grabbed a magazine and sat down on a sofa a little away from the area. She deliberately opened the magazine to hide her face as if she were reading. Now she was certain Yvette had booked a hotel room. She immediately ed her observations to Callum through her earbuds.
Now Yvette returned to Callum, who was enjoying wine alone at the bar. She smiled coquettishly as she leaned her head on his broad shoulder.
"By the way, where did you go?" Callum asked with an innocent look.
Yvette didn’t answer Callum’s question. She enthusiastically downed the rest of her wine and poured herself another glass. "I’m not afraid of getting drunk now."
"You won’t be able to go home drunk later."
"It’s okay." Yvette showed off her VIP hotel room access card. "I’ll sleep here tonight."
"It’s a good thing you’re still thinking clearly." Callum took a leisurely sip of his wine, and Yvette was caught in a trap.
"If you need a bed partner, I can be your bed partner today." Yvette pressed her red lips to the sexy lips in front of her. "Will you sleep with me tonight?"
"Actually, I feel lonely too because every time I come home, Edith doesn’t pay any attention to me anymore. That’s why I need someone to accompany me now."
"Is this a sign that you will sleep with me tonight?"
"Of course. It might be more fun to sleep with you." Callum raised his wine glass, intending to toast Yvette and finish the wine so the aphrodisiac would work its magic.
Yvette took a hasty sip of her wine, her lips filling with the effects of her intoxication. "So, what did you want to talk to me about now?"
"I’m curious about the accident five years ago. Why couldn’t I find Edith then?"
"I was the one who hid her in a remote hospital."
A sly smile spread across his handsome face. His plan was proceeding smoothly, making him feel a little relieved. "Really? Why?"
Yvette clenched her right fist tightly. "I should have married you, not Edith. Why should Edith be the one living happily?"
"Because I can’t live without it."
"You have to be mine, Callum! I don’t want you to marry that bitch!"
"But, my twins will be sad if they are separated from their mother."
"I still won’t let you marry her. That woman is just a throwaway and doesn’t deserve to steal my property!"
"Then, do you know who caused the accident?"
