Golden Dragon: Six Thousand Years of Empire-Chapter 758 - 426: Saint Form, Goddess Descends (Part 2)

Chapter 758

Chapter 758: Chapter 426: Saint Form, Goddess Descends (Part 2)
"Then I must be like the Doomsday Queen who brings freezing disaster!"
"Hahaha, don’t speak nonsense, we are descendants of the Holy Dragon. How could we bring disaster to the world? We must use our power to fight against evil and construct the war of Golden Order."
"Mm-hmm."
Even though Nancy did not have the corresponding concept of the Golden Order, this didn’t hinder her from readily agreeing.
That night, the two dragons, revealing their true powers to each other, found companionship and understanding, as if they had truly found their kin.
The dragon siblings lost track of time, chatting through the night, learning about each other’s pasts they had never encountered, sharing their joys and grievances until dawn.
"Oh no, it’s daylight, I have to go to class."
As the morning sunlight streamed through the rolling sea of clouds, turning into threads and beams of golden light on their faces, Cezer suddenly realized and looked at his sister, still eager to talk,
"We’ve talked so long that I’ve kept you up. You should rest first. I’ll bring you your class schedule in a few days."
"If brother is going to class, then I want to go too."
"I’m enrolled in intermediate courses suitable for teenage dragons, you can’t attend those."
"Why can’t I attend?"
"Because you’re not old enough yet."
"But brother, you’re not a teenage dragon either."
"I passed the advanced assessment."
"Then I want to take the assessment too!"
Although Nancy threw a small tantrum, the academy’s rules and regulations must still be followed, even though the academy was practically run by their family. Precisely because of this, they had to set an example by adhering to the rules rather than abusing privileges.
However, even if the classes were separate, outside of class time, the two dragons were almost inseparable.
Although this was quite common among Metal Dragons, as siblings meeting for the first time, it seemed a little strange. These two dragons were a bit too close, as if they were siblings born of the same brood.
Of course, there wasn’t a dragon who could comment on them, with their familial bond, as long as they didn’t act out of line. The sister’s dependence on the brother and the brother’s care for the sister, what was strange about that?
However, in the scenario of this sibling relationship, the presence of a Red Dragon Clan member, the red dragon Jeddon, was always there, like a background figure, ready to respond to their every beck and call.
Truly like a servant, though it wasn’t to say he wasn’t without benefits, but for Jeddon, a Red Dragon, to stoop so low was truly a marvel to many Metal Dragons, given it’s against the nature associated with Red Dragons.
...
"Father, there’s something off about this red dragon!"
The odd behavior of Jeddon ultimately didn’t go unnoticed, as Terramus, who frequently kept an eye on his son and daughter, ed to Noah.
"Off? What about him seems off to you?"
Noah, knowing the ultimate truth, looked at his puzzled second son inquisitively.
"A red dragon, even if influenced by you, shouldn’t be so humble; it doesn’t match our Dragon Clan’s nature."
"Oh? Yet he can now lay aside the pride of the Dragon Clan, why do you think that is?"
"I think he has an agenda, and a big one at that. This red dragon must be hiding many secrets; he’s not as simple as he appears."
Terramus spoke firmly.
Initially, he didn’t notice this red dragon, but every time he came to see either his son or daughter, he always spotted this red dragon. Over time, he realized this red dragon was far too anomalous, not right at all.
"This is just your suspicion. Besides this, do you have any concrete evidence?"
Noah was slightly disappointed but continued to question.
"Isn’t this enough, father? This is a red dragon."
"I know."
Noah sighed; no dragon knew this red dragon better than him,
"But you want me to do something based on mere suspicion? Capture then execute him?"
"At the very least, he should be monitored."
"Have you not considered another possibility?"
"What?"
"Love, this red dragon admires your daughter, which is why he’s so humble."
Noah’s tone was teasing,
"Haven’t you heard, love can make one lost, make one lose oneself, and even make one humble as dust."
"But this is just a red dragon, what does a red dragon know about love?"
Hearing Noah’s suggestion, Terramas dismissed it, thinking had it not been his father speaking, he’d consider it a jest.
"Why can’t a red dragon understand love? He’s not an ordinary red dragon."
"Even if he’s special, he’s still a red dragon. Moreover, you say he admires my daughter, yet Nancy is likely unaware."
"True, my granddaughter barely notices this red dragon."
"So..."
Terramas showed contempt,
"This red dragon is unrequitedly in love with my daughter?"
"One doesn’t need the other party’s consent to like someone."
"How utterly ridiculous."
"It’s not ridiculous. You haven’t experienced it, so you don’t understand."
"I don’t wish to understand either."
Terramas’ eyes flickered an incomprehensible light,
"I think I should ensure this red dragon stays away from my daughter."
"No need for that. You should trust your son to handle everything. You should also trust this red dragon; he’s been suppressing his admiration without expressing it. He’s a very rational dragon."
"A red dragon? Rational?"
Terramas scoffed, though knowing his father wasn’t joking, yet he couldn’t help it.
"What, do you want to question my academy’s education?"
"I wouldn’t dare."
"Wouldn’t dare, but not unwilling."
Noah found this fellow annoying,
"Return to your battlefield. Don’t linger here; you’re not needed. I will keep an eye on them."
"Yes, father!"
Facing his father’s arrangement, Terramus had no right to refuse.
"Truly a headache!"
After driving Terramus away, Noah sighed. It wasn’t just the red dragon that needed to be moved; his eldest grandson also needed to be separated from his sister for a while. This fellow needed a cool head.
Boom——
Before Noah could make arrangements for the academy issues, a slight yet exceptionally clear Divine Power wave emerged from Uther, capital of the Atlas Kingdom.
"Hmm?!"
Sitting atop Elisium, Noah looked unbelievably towards Uther City, his eyes filled with astonishment,
"How dare you?"
Divine Descendence, Saint Form!
At this moment, Noah distinctly felt a terrifying presence descend within the core territory of the Augustus family.
This was the avatar of a deity descending, restricted by the rules of the Material Realm and reduced to the Saint Form. Even so, in this form, a deity was still the pinnacle of combat in the Material Realm.
Such a form represented both the strongest interference a deity could have within the Material Realm, and also their most vulnerable state, where mortals had the possibility of injuring them with a blade.
Although few mortals could achieve this, it was possible. Instances of mortals slaying deities often occurred while deities were in their Saint Form.
The God of Music and Art, Lidisha.
Noah immediately identified the deity’s identity; the Holy Dragon on the continent with god-slaying ability remained silent despite the god’s descent.
He waited, until,
"Uncle!"
The figure of the man opposite appeared slightly disheveled, with some embarrassment, yet couldn’t conceal his pride.
