Golden Dragon: Six Thousand Years of Empire-Chapter 765 - 430: The Augustus Family’s Super Seeder

Chapter 765

Chapter 765: Chapter 430: The Augustus Family’s Super Seeder
"Sinbad? Is that your child’s real name? Not bad."
The enchanting fragrance of flowers, warm and comforting, filled the air. A gentle breeze blew by, carrying delicate petals dancing in the wind. Pink petals fell, and Noah reached out to catch them, then looked down at the little one playing with a group of little fairies in the Sky Garden.
He was a standard little dragon-man with golden hair and blue eyes, a round and lovely face. Two sharp little dragon horns peeked out from his forehead, and a small tail trailed behind him. His custom-made robe also had two droopy little wings.
"Great Uncle, although Sinbad’s talent is the best among all my children, I still feel he can’t compare to the most outstanding descendant in the family."
The Golden Dragon Lord, attending beside Noah, looked at his young son playing happily with numerous little fairies below, but his eyes were filled with worry and concern.
"As you say, that’s just what you feel."
Noah tossed the pink petals from his dragon claw into the air, then turned his head to the somewhat buzz-killing figure beside him, showing a hint of disdain in his eyes,
"You’ve gone to great lengths and spared no cost to consort with a goddess, and now, as you wished, Sinbad was born, yet you’re still not satisfied. What more do you want?"
"I feel the Dragon Vein he inherited is too weak!"
Alexander stated frankly.
His child’s talent was certainly good, but the reason he brought Sinbad here was in hopes that this great uncle could be more impartial.
The fortunate one who did nothing, yet inexplicably received many favors, had a daughter who received even more partiality.
Alexander didn’t care about the gifts given by the Divine, but he deeply cared about the favor his great uncle, who granted him all he possessed now, showed to that child. The day that child was born, the great uncle personally descended with a will, granting a True Blood blessing.
But so many days after his own child was born, the great uncle remained uninvolved, only today learning his child’s name. The difference and bias were hard for Alexander to remain calm about.
Before children grow up, the treatment they receive often depends on the parents. Alexander couldn’t comprehend why he seemed inferior to Sorlon, the fortunate one who received many blessings.
"He’s already strong. He doesn’t need any additional blessings!"
Looking at the little one playing happily with the Flower Spirits, Noah thought. This little one, just over a year old, was already able to jump and skip, occasionally fluttering off the ground to fly low for a stretch.
From his current physical prowess, he already surpassed many children of the Wisdom Species, yet his cousin remained unsatisfied.
"Great Uncle, I wish to plead that you grant Sinbad a blessing of True Blood."
Seeing Noah still evading and refusing, Alexander, still unrelenting, took a step forward, even kneeling on one knee,
"I’m willing to exchange for it with the many military achievements I’ve accomplished over the years!"
"This isn’t a matter of military achievements, but your child doesn’t need it, do you understand?"
Seeing the person beside him who seemed unable to understand, Noah couldn’t help but feel a bit helpless,
"His talent is already very strong, stronger than you and your siblings combined back in the day. Is that still not enough for you?"
"If he could receive your True Blood blessing, he could be even stronger!"
Alexander declared firmly, clearly realizing that this great uncle before him was growing almost continuously, his strength increasing day by day.
This meant that his True Blood was constantly enhancing; every drop of it was an irresistible treasure, even to a Legend.
"You’re too obsessive, Alexander. Don’t you think your pursuit in this regard is overly extreme?"
Noah still refused,
"I understand your feelings as a father, but you must realize my True Blood isn’t some omnipotent remedy; you’re too superstitious and reverent of it."
"Great Uncle, I just hope my child can have the same starting point as that little girl, to compete more fairly."
Even when faced with repeated refusals, Alexander did not give up; his tone remained sincere, even showing a hint of pleading in his eyes,
"You might not know, Sorlon’s daughter has already sent a challenge letter to me. She has challenged my child, demanding three battles at his coming-of-age ceremony, his centennial birthday feast, and when he turns five hundred."
"I’ve met her; I never expected her to be so headstrong."
Noah couldn’t help but chuckle at Alexander’s words.
"You’ve met her? When?"
Alexander’s heart tightened, instinctively asking.
"Just on the day Sinbad was born. I caught her near Uther City and chatted with her for a while."
Noah spoke with a calm tone,
"She’s a very charismatic young girl, but she lacks some outward expansion and pioneering spirit."
"When Sinbad was born, you were in Uther City. Why didn’t you notify me?"
Noah’s words brought Alexander relief, but also some dissatisfaction.
"I felt it unnecessary, just like your child doesn’t need my True Blood."
"He..."
"You’ve experienced so many battles in your life, so why worry about non-lethal challenges like this for your child? Even if you step back a thousand paces, what does losing matter?"
