Chapter 1897

Chapter 1897: Chapter 1897
(Wait a moment to modify) The pursuing player quickly dodged to the side, and as he raised his hand, dozens of Cowhair Needles shot out from his sleeve.
The Air Barrier could not be used temporarily, so Xu Huo simply placed and withdrew Shelter 101 in front of him, using "Extreme Fatigue" and "Progress Bar Disappearance" simultaneously during the attack.
The player immediately felt the effects of the props on his body. With a press at his sleeve, the clothes he was wearing rose and closed like scales. As the color of his clothes changed, he immediately returned to normal, showing no signs of fatigue on his face!
Yan Jiayu and the Stone Lion joined in, and the lazy Da Mao received a smack on the butt, instantly pouring all his rage onto the pursuing player, making him retreat step by step under the biting and tearing.
"The vase’s effect!" The pursuing player threw a mat on the ground, causing Da Mao’s flailing foot to slip and get stuck on it.
However, it wasn’t much use, as the Stone Lion, embodying violence, dug a hole in the ground. Even if it couldn’t escape from the mat, it could run with the floor slab.
Da Mao was hard to deal with, and Xu Huo and Yan Jiayu were not to be trifled with either. Yan Jiayu engaged in close combat, and when Xu Huo assisted with props, he would coldly rush forward to attack. After a three-minute clash, both sides sustained damage.
He glanced upwards and walked up the stairs to the third floor, where he felt someone rapidly falling from the middle of the building. In a second, he switched to the office floor and placed Shelter 101 directly below!
The fleeing player had been using props to move between floors, but unexpectedly stepped on 101. Unable to penetrate this game-derived metal prop, he saw Xu Huo nearby, holding a crossbow arrow aimed at him!
The crossbow arrow didn’t shoot a solid arrow but a semi-transparent ice that melted quickly after piercing the wall!
"You’re not the one I’m looking for," Xu Huo clarified his stance. But because of this moment of delay, the pursuing player had already come down from the upper floor. However, just as he showed his feet, he was knocked by a mysterious force, creating a deep groove in the ceiling and stopping at the wall edge.
A second later, two people and a Stone Lion landed on the same floor as Xu Huo and his companion.
"Da Mao, attack!" Yan Jiayu ordered the Stone Lion to pounce as she slapped a muscle doll sticker on her face, instantly boosting her speed to an uncatchable missile, crashing toward the person by the wall!
The player evidently didn’t take her reckless fighting style seriously. He tapped his shoulder, unfolding a blue light arc in front of him. With the arc as protection, he didn’t even spare a glance at Yan Jiayu, focusing instead on the Stone Lion running in circles nearby.
However, as he prepared to free up a hand to deal with the Stone Lion, Yan Jiayu, the human bomb, hit him hard — whether she had other unseen defense props, when she struck the light arc, she rammed the player through the wall, causing cracks on the arc!
"What!" Surprised, the opponent was then thrust into the outermost wall of the building and bounced back by a barrier on the wall.
Being on the receiving end, Yan Jiayu wasn’t as embarrassed. She landed steadily in the room’s center, swinging the Demon-Subduing Pestle for a chaotic attack!
With several "bang bang bang" sounds, a Shield Prop cracked under the blows, and the player quickly dodged. Using his characteristics, he briefly slowed Yan Jiayu, then charged towards Xu Huo!
His true target was the government player who hadn’t yet escaped, but halfway there, a cold light swept from the side!

The leader scratched his own hair, just enough to form a small braid, "Absolutely no mistake, but I reckon the house might be hidden by some props, so the aircraft couldn’t detect it. Let’s keep moving forward. Even if it’s invisible, it can’t just disappear into thin air."
This made sense to the group, so they continued forward. Soon, a massive flower wall appeared before them. After exchanging excited glances, one of them took out a potion bottle, dropping it on the wall, causing the plants to wither and decay from where the liquid touched. The remnant fell away, quickly forming a large hole, and they replicated the process, opening a passage in the middle of the flower wall.
Shortly after they entered, the plants around the flower wall rapidly grew again, covering the entrance.
These might be deliberately planted mutant plants. Xu Huo, perched on a distant tree, glanced upward before leaping from high altitude.
However, he realized something was amiss upon landing. Just a wall apart, as he crossed a barrier, thick fog obscured his vision. Not only that, when he turned to leave, he found the exit sealed by the same barrier.
He hesitated a bit but continued forward, lowering his altitude. Yet, although he and the five Noble Offspring entered one after another, upon landing, he found no trace of them.
Sensing the surroundings and confirming no special Space-Time Power, he slightly increased speed. However, the forest resembled a chaotic maze. Even as he tried to maintain a straight path, shortly after, he would encounter previously marked plants or ground, indicating he was going in circles.
Could there be an issue with his sensory judgment?
Xu Huo didn’t feel that way, so he explored underground briefly, wanting to check if the plant arrangement was problematic or if the special plants here had self-replicating abilities.
