The invisible flames washed over the entire city, harming no one but bringing quiet to the frenzied and chaotic citizens.

Joey Cleveland had to pause as the already crowded office turned chaotic.
But before the staff could do anything, amidst the static, all the pitch-black screens across the Federation abruptly lit up, revealing a bizarre scene: in the silent, cold universe, threads of thick, vile black mud wriggled, slowly aggregating to form a face covered in fleshy nodules, hollow and void.
This face, staring directly at the Federation's hundreds of millions of residents.
It's highly polluting radiation, cold and overlapping voice seeped into the minds of millions as the mouth split open:

"The best way for the Origin Star People to merge into boundless mystery... is to become our tools, tools to aid us in hunting, and ultimately to be destroyed by us."

With the overlapping voice trailing off, another face emerged on the screen, shocking the Federation's mysterious side, and everyone in the president's mansion was even more flabbergasted.
