Cen Jin smiled and walked over, handing the cup to her, "It’s been really tiring these past few days. A few days ago, Jiang Baizhou was suggesting that we should hire a couple of assistants for the studio, so it wouldn’t be so tiring. What do you think?"
Ye Lingran took the cup, raised an eyebrow thoughtfully, nodded, and sat down on the sofa, "I had thought about your question before, but I never discussed it with you. Are you thinking about hiring assistants now?"
"Yes, really want to." Cen Jin nodded vigorously, fully agreeing, as she was so tired her waist wasn’t like her waist anymore, nor her neck like her neck.

"How about we post a hiring ad outside and on our studio’s website?" Ye Lingran held the cup with both hands, took a small sip, and tilted her head, smiling inquisitively.
After hearing this, Cen Jin snapped her fingers, "I think that’s great! Who do you think should draft the job ad, you or me?"
"Do it now?"
"There’s no time like the present. If we’ve decided to hire, we’d better act quickly — ideally, hire today and have them start tomorrow."
"Shouldn’t we discuss it a bit more?" Ye Lingran laughed at her urgency, "Like salaries, holidays, number of assistants, etc."
Cen Jin was stunned for a moment, then slapped her forehead, "True, look how anxious I am, forgetting all these details. Let’s discuss them now!"

In the next two hours or so, Cen Jin and Ye Lingran were caught up in discussions about hiring, eventually printing out the job ad and putting it up on their studio’s website too.
After completing the task, Cen Jin stretched, gently pushed the table, and spun the chair to slide away from the desk, "Done. Now we just wait for someone to inquire tomorrow, and once we hire, we can breathe a bit easier."
"Let’s wrap up then! It’s already dark outside. How about a meal together?"
"Okay, the barbecue place up front?"
"Let’s go."
