"I was about to ask you who you are. You nearly killed me just now." The boy grimaces as he holds his waist, glancing at her still sitting on his leg, "Could you please get off first? It’s painful."
Hearing him, Lu Shishu immediately gets off him, backing away to create distance, "Sorry! But... you scared me, and that’s why I fell."
The boy peered at her pretty face, then scanned the wall, a sunny yet slightly mischievous smile pulling at his lips, "This wall is about two meters high. How did you manage to climb over?"

"Oh, really?" Lu Shishu casually replies, standing up to inspect her bleeding arm and knee.
Suddenly, a beam of light appears in the distance, accompanied by a shout, "Who’s shouting over there?"
Upon hearing it, Lu Shishu’s eyes widen in fear. Ignoring the pain, she bends to grab the canvas bag from the ground, glancing at the boy sitting with his knees up, "The school officer is here. I’m leaving. You scared me, and I fell on you, so we’re even." With that, she turns and sprints down the small path to the left without looking back.
The boy watches her silhouette disappear into the night, chuckling to himself. As he sees the school officer approaching, he quickly stands, brushes off the dirt, and picks up a blue cardholder and a rose-gold thin phone that had fallen. He swiftly runs in the opposite direction without examining them.
His plan to go out and play games is thus foiled.
Lu Shishu arrives at the dormitory building just as the dorm supervisor aunt is away, and the door is still open. Breathing a sigh of relief, she shoulders her backpack and quickly heads upstairs, reaching her dorm where Cen Jin opens the door for her.
