RE: Perverted Sugar Daddy System-Chapter 420 - 420: Finding Appetizing Food

Chapter 420

With his big white shoes, looking at him starting from the bottom presented an intimidating image till you reached the man's face and took in the sight of his clueless expression.
"No one is being turned into a pig, Cole.
Do you need something?"
The heavy man suspected that he was being left out of a conversation, his presence unwanted, but his hands moved to his exposed belly, rubbing circles around it.
"I got hungry and needed something to eat, thought I could get something to eat here,"
The strength that had been in Cole's voice when he first spoke disappeared, the tone of his latest speech now quite soft, and just as Jim opened his mouth to reply, I spoke.
"I know the things here look tasty, Cole, but trust me, there is something better in the kitchen.
Can't you perceive that smell?"
The meat on his face tightening, Cole took in a deep sniff, looking for the aroma I talked about, turning to the others in the room with a confused expression when he couldn't smell anything special.
"Just go to the kitchen, Cole, there'll be something filling for you there."
The heavy man's eyes widened at my confirmation, but then almost immediately his excitement dampened.
"It's too far."
Jim was used to dealing with the man, so his expression didn't change, but I and Nadia adopted incredulous expressions.
I walked over to the heavy man, handing him a kebab, smiling at his grateful nod.
Carrying a large plate filled with several pickings, I invited Cole as I began moving.
"Come, I'll accompany you to the kitchen. You won't be bored and will have something to chew."
"Thank you," Cole said, immediately following after me, and then just before I stepped out of the room, I made sure my next words reached Jim.
"We can even check out the other kitchens. I bet the third kitchen has something special."
"The third kitchen?"
"Yeah, the one closest to Nicholas's office, just beside the hidden armoury in the mansion."
I may have lacked a firm foundation, been at my current level for too short a time, but I had my means.
Nicholas wasn't the only one who could stretch his hands into the darkness and scrounge up information. I could, and unlike him, I could go much deeper and personal.
While my words to Cole had been part of a scheme, I had no plan not to live up to it.
Showing his professionalism and experience, Jim did not scamper to immediately meet his boss and relate the current situation. He instead focused on the woman and continued to lead her to his boss.
The man's actions were undeniably a good response to my provocation, and I could only shrug and continue on my way.
"Oh well.
Win some, lose some."
My chosen engagement took me a while. The first kitchen we arrived at, the one west of the mansion close to a field that stretched for meters, was bare of aggressively appetising food.
Cole was not swayed by the sharp scent of pepperish soup being prepared, and without wasting much time, we headed for the next kitchen.
"Let's go to the third one. I remember Chef Carrey saying he would be baking an exotic meat later today.
I'm sure he won't mind baking some for me before it's time for dinner."
Having no pressing obligation, I walked with Cole towards the centre of the mansion, following a hallway trafficked by several staff.
"Seems I won't be able to follow you to the kitchen."
"Huh, why?"
"Them."
At the end of the hallway, two men with assault rifles stood guard.
They made no attempt at any of the men and women entering and exiting the hallway till we got to them.
"You can't go past here, visitors aren't allowed." They moved and stood in front of me.
"My sources tell me otherwise?"
The two men gave no reply to my words. Their grips on their weapons tightened, the little space between us enough for them to lift the rifles and take action.
I sighed and shook my head at Cole, watching as he remained unbothered.
"Don't worry, when Carrey gives me a cut, I'll bring some for you."
"Alright, be careful not to eat all."
"I won't," Cole replied with a slightly red face.
The two men didn't lead me away; they watched as I turned around and departed, their eyes narrowed on my figure till it was out of sight.
"Sheesh!!"
Alone in the mansion, its resident staff all walking past me, their heads bowed, none daring to look my way, I debated my next actions, and in the end, decided I had done enough.
Within a minute, I made my way to a glass door through which sunlight poured and filled the room.
I slid the door open, stepping into a mowed lawn, a pool occupied by several individuals popping up in my sight.
Putting my hands in my pocket, I strolled over the freshly cut grass, enjoying the cool wind that washed over me, this originating from a couple of tall trees that were to the side of the mansion.
Studying the situation at the pool, I strolled over, stepping onto paved ground and moving to a large umbrella that sheltered a man and woman seated on a reclining chair, two armed guards beside them.
A big, tall, brown man dressed in a suit, carrying a rifle slung around his shoulder, came into my way, halting my movement.
The man's muscular form completely obstructed my view of my target, and I had to take some steps back to address the man.
"Nicholas, are you that scared of me?"
"Let him through, Junta."
I raised a brow at the guard's name, giving him another look as I walked past, focusing back on the old man who was boring my PA with dirty words.
Or maybe he wasn't exactly boring her, because the red on her cheeks told of how much his words were getting to her.
"Before you poach my PA, at least have the decency to meet me first."
