Chapter 1144: 1141: Not Yet. Continue
As Corey swung Primus while using
Severing Saber Heart Intent,
the Heavenly Executor reacted to the attack.
Although Corey had taken it by surprise, it was an entity that could kill the true body of gods.
It swung its golden lightning spear at Primus, and a shockwave that shattered the trees, mountains, buildings, and even parts of the Divine Temple of the God of Living Constructs shook the entire Divine Kingdom.
Corey nearly took a step back, but Prima absorbed all the blow and held her ground.
Arcs of golden electricity surrounded both Corey and the Heavenly Executor, and both of them stared at one another while emitting thick killing intent.
The Heavenly Executor suddenly looked at its weapon, and if it had a face, it would surely have a frown.
It noticed that the lightning energy in its lightning spear was being devoured by Primus.
In a fraction of a second, it suddenly separated itself from Corey.
Corey wanted to stop it, but it could not.
Although it looked like he was faster than the Heavenly Executor, he was not.
He had only taken the Heavenly Executor by surprise. However, his speed was still increasing.
Corey saw the Heavenly Executor raise its lightning spear to the sky, and he shouted while Prima flapped her wings and distanced Corey from the Heavenly Executor.
"No, you don’t!"
In that moment where he shouted, a colossal shadow suddenly appeared around the Heavenly Executor, and it looked up.
What it saw was a colossal metal foot falling on him at a ridiculous speed, then...
BOOOM!
The entire Divine Kingdom trembled violently as the colossal puppet slammed his foot on the Heavenly Executor.
Prima used her wings to protect Corey from the shockwave and the rubbles that flew his way.
This should have disrupted his vision, but he could see through Prima’s wings with his Eyes of Omniscience.
One might believe that with such an impact, the Heavenly Executor would suffer immense damage or would be no more, but Corey had no such hope.
He merely used the colossal puppet to interrupt the Heavenly Executor’s plan to use an ability that sent chills throughout his body.
CHHIIIIII
A long and extremely thin golden lightning bolt shot out from the colossal puppet’s foot and split not only the foot of the colossal puppet, but also its entire body.
"Damn it."
Corey cursed, then he vanished further away from the colossal puppet.
Two shadows fell on two opposite sides of the Divine Kingdom, and the source of these two shadows were the split body parts of the colossal puppet.
BOOM!
BOOM!
Shockwaves and massive dust storms spread across the Divine Kingdom, and the he already dead Divine Kingdom was on the verge of destruction.
Meanwhile, Corey did not care about this.
He was looking for the Heavenly Executor in the midst of the dust storms and chaos.
When he finally saw the Heavenly Executor in the dust storm, he was about to move and attack it, but the Heavenly Executor suddenly vanished.
Corey looked around, but he saw no signs of the Heavenly Executor.
"Where is-"
Clap!
The skies thundered, and Corey looked up.
He saw the Heavenly Executor standing in the skies with golden lightning striking around it, making it to look like the beginning and end of lightning.
Corey tightened his grip and was about to move, but his pupils constricted into pinholes when he saw the tip of a golden lightning bolt less than a meter in front of his eyes.
His arms instinctively moved, and Corey placed Primus in front of his face.
Primus transformed in the blink of an eye to a shield.
CLANG!!!!
SCREECH!!!
The sound of metal scratching against metal echoed in the world as the Heavenly Executor’s lightning spear tried to pierce through Primus.
Corey’s feet made a long trench as he was pushed back by the Heavenly Executor’s lightning spear.
Fortunately, Primus did not break. He stood his ground, preventing Corey from dying to the attack.
"Arghh!"
Corey swung his arms and pushed the golden lightning bolt to the side.
The lightning spear flew for a few seconds before it stopped and flew back into the hands of the Heavenly Executor who was still in the air.
He had not been holding the lightning spear, he had just thrown it, and it nearly broke Primus and killed Corey.
More golden arcs of lightning flowed across Primus who then passed it unto Prima.
The golden cracks on her body widened the more and glowed brightly, and the moment this happened, Corey coughed out a mouthful of blood inside of Prima.
Primus and Prima were horrified and they quickly communicated with Corey.
"Don’t worry. I can still take it. Continue or we die." Corey said with a cold tone and a cold gaze.
Corey took a step forward, and the Heavenly Executor looked at him.
Corey did not waste a single second. He took a step forward and flew toward the Heavenly Executor at a speed that tore apart the space of the Divine Kingdom for a split second.
Just as he was about to swing Primus at the Heavenly Executor, the sky thundered and bolt of golden lightning struck him.
He didn’t expect such a thing, and Prima could only use her wings to shield Corey from the lightning, but it sent him back into the ground far faster than he rose to the air.
BOOOOOOM!!!!!
The impact shattered the air.
A ring of annihilated space expanded outward, destroying any object that was still in one piece, causing more parts of the temple of the God of Living Constructs to crumble, and even causing massive waves to occur on the Black Sea.
Corey was driven downward like a meteor, and he slammed into the ground with enough force to nearly split the Divine Kingdom in two and he even nearly reached the barrier of the Universal System that held the Divine Kignodm in the Black Sea.
Prima used her wings to absorb majority of the impact, and cracks spiderwebbed across her smoky glass surface.
There was a moment of silence before there was a loud bang and Corey shot back into the sky with even more momentum, but blood pouring out of all of his orifices.
"Not yet. Continue. Don’t stop." Corey said to Primus and Prima with a gaze of pure madness and determination.
