Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon-Chapter 1147 - 1144: Devouring Heaven’s Will

Chapter 1147

Chapter 1147: 1144: Devouring Heaven’s Will
After Corey gained the buff from Prima devouring the lightning energy attacks of the Heavenly Executor, he escaped an attack by teleporting to the Divine Kingdom of the God of Living Constructs.
The reason why he teleported to the Divine Kingdom was not because it was safer, but it was for the sake of New Earth and the people living in New Earth.
From their earlier exchanges, Corey knew that the battle between him and the Heavenly Executor would cause so much destruction and death on the planet if it was left unchecked.
The shockwaves and effects of their battle would reach far beyond the Black Sea, and it would cause deaths that were in the billions.
Nobody would be safe.
And the last thing he wanted was to kill so many people on New Earth.
He wouldn’t think too much about it as long as none of the people he cared about where among the dead, but it still wasn’t right for him to be the reason why so many people would lose their loved ones and would forever be in pain... either emotionally or physically.
So, he decided to take the battle to a place that was far sturdier than New Earth.
The Divine Kingdom of the God of Living Constructs.
Everything including the space of the Divine Kingdom was sturdier than that of New Earth, and if the Divine Kingdom was not dead, it would even be stronger than what it currently was.
Gods could battle without worrying about causing damage to the universe in their Divine Kingdoms, and Corey wanted to use that to reduce the destruction and deaths that would occur as a result of their battle.
And it worked... But not fully.
Corey did not believe that he would be able to restrict the Heavenly Executor to the Divine Kingdom, and he did not plan to do such.
However, his actions saved many lives despite the hundreds of thousands of people that have died ever since he crafted Primus.
And now?
As the Heavenly Executor’s golden lightning bolt and the ball of golden lightning collided in the sky, the entire planet shook and earthquakes occurred on every part of the world.
The destruction and deaths that occurred was immeasurable, and many began to run for their lives as New Earth groaned under the
weight
of both of their attacks.
Corey obviously had no idea of this. The shockwave had nearly blown both him and the Heavenly Executor away, but they both stood their ground.
Corey watched as the attack he, Primus, and Prima released struggled to shatter the golden lightning bolt.
The attack had used approximately 95% of all the golden energy Prima had absorbed and was using as temporary buffs, and Corey wondered if it was enough.
Prima, Primus, and even he had absorbed a lot of energy from the Heavenly Executor, and this was the most powerful and deadliest attack he had ever unleashed in his life.
The gods and every other person that could watch the fight wondered who would win.
But after six seconds of both attacks trying to destroy one another, Corey and some of the gods already knew which attack would win.
"I guess it wasn’t enough."
Corey gave a wry smile, then he looked at the Heavenly Executor who was also looking at him.
Corey closed his eyes and released an exhausted sigh.
Then two seconds later, the golden lightning bolt pierced through the ball of golden lightning and sliced through space and time as it aimed for Corey.
Golden trails of electricity could be seen in its wake, and everybody could not help but think this was over.
Those with knowledge and experience knew that Corey had released all the energy he consumed from the Heavenly Executor, and doing that should not only have severely exhausted him, it also meant he was extremely weakened.
He could not move and fight as he used to.
And this was true. Corey could not.
However, Corey’s expression was utterly calm as he stared at the incoming golden lightning bolt.
His bloodied eyes emitted a golden glow, and three golden triangles appeared in Corey’s eyes.
His Eyes of Omniscience transformed into his Tri-Pupil Eyes, then the three golden triangles rotated.
Just as the golden lightning spear was about to pierce Corey’s heart, he vanished.
And in his place, was a rock the size of his head.
The Heavenly Executor looked at the rock with a confused "expression", and it found it strangely familiar.
It was then that it remembered... This was a piece of the boulder it shattered a few moments ago.
Tap
"Hey there."
Corey’s familiar voice drifted into its senses, but before it could respond, it realized that it was being hugged by Corey.
"Going somewhere?"
Corey stabbed Primus who was in the form of a short sword into the Heavenly Executor’s solar plexus.
It was long enough to pierce through the Heavenly Executor, but not long enough to touch the tip of Corey’s hair... Primus made sure of that.
And Primus began to devour the Heavenly Executor.
Golden lightning struck furiously, reflecting the Heavenly Executor’s murderous and furious state.
But Corey did not care.
He kept on hugging the Heavenly Executor tightly, not allowing him to move. Then Prima acted.
She flowed out of Corey’s body and flowed unto the Heavenly Executor’s body, causing him to have a similar appearance to Corey.
The moment the Heavenly Executor sensed this, it attempted to self-destruct, but Primus prevented that.
He devoured so much of its energy at once, and transferred it to Prima.
A few seconds later, Prima engulfed all of the Heavenly Executor with Primus sticking out of her chest, making it seem like somebody had stabbed a glass sword into a smoky glass armour.
The Tribulation Clouds churned furiously, but they couldn’t release any lightning because it has all been absorbed and used by the Heavenly Executor.
The Heavenly Executor tried to fight and destroy both Prima and Primus, but how could it defeat both of them who not only possessed Corey’s Will and determination, but also the desire to ensure that they don’t fail their creator, their master, their father.
They devoured and devoured and devoured the Heavenly Executor.
No.
They devoured the Heaven’s Will turned Flesh.
And Corey fell to the ground with his eyes closed and his mind shut down from the sky.
