The Max Level Hero Has Returned!-Chapter 1161

Chapter 1161
Reina had been in great shape as of late.
It was true, she had almost developed a mental illness from the constant silent figures all staring at her in her dreams. However, she no longer had those dreams! In fact, she had been sleeping soundly and peacefully more often than not. It was, of course, all thanks to the child who refused to leave her arms.
She was thankful for the child who looked exactly like Goddess Freyja. Its name was Nightmare, and its powers were connected to dreams.
Originally, Reina had been devoured by the dreams caused by her guilt, but Nightmare had smothered them with its own dreams and thereby fortunately ended up saving her.
She had felt a pang of guilt when Goddess Freyja mentioned she was breaking down from all the dreams, but she could answer with confidence that everything had become fine.

Mmm.

Nightmare frowned and refused to wake up, so Reina laid it down on the bed and got up while humming a tune as she finished getting ready. She then headed out with Super Ribbon, who had once again emerged as the fusion.
“Still, I’m glad nothing major happened after that surprise,” Super Ribbon murmured as she shivered slightly.
Even though there had been an accident where she was split into Red Ribbon and Blue Ribbon, fortunately, the customers had found the two adorably cute. They had managed to finish her shift without causing any more trouble.
“I won’t mess up today.”
“It’s okay, you can just speak up if it gets tough. That’s what Mr. Jung said too.”
Super Ribbon gave a wry smile. There was no inherent problem with being in the form of Red Ribbon and Blue Ribbon, but as a part-timer she had no choice but to keep optimal working conditions.
“According to my father, he used Nightmare’s power to resolve what happened before in Tionis.”
“Then... Grand Duchess Kathryn too?”
“Yepp! I heard her condition has improved noticeably, as well. Her memories won’t return, but she at least won’t be suffering anymore.”
Grand Duchess Kathryn had been one of the people who supported Reina from behind when she first came to Tionis. As such, she felt a great deal of gratitude toward both Emperor Deorte of the Lyndis Empire and Grand Duchess Kathryn.
“That’s a relief,” Reina responded with a pleased sigh.
“Right?” She laughed cheerfully. “It’s all thanks to you, Reina. Nightmare is normally extremely rebellious, even with Goddess Freyja.”
Nightmare feared Davey, but wasn’t quite cooperative with him either. In other words, it had only proved so helpful when Reina had comforted it and earned its favor.
“My father’s really grateful to you.”
“I didn’t really do anything...” She had just gone to comfort Nightmare after seeing Davey bully it, that was all.
“Let’s do our best today too!” Super Ribbon cheered.
“How are your classes going?”
“Exams are coming up soon. Turns out Moderation is a graduate of Korea University, and so he’s been giving me a lot of helpful materials,” she said in a confident voice.
Reina thought of the young man who had stammered when trying to speak in front of her. He had reminded her of someone from the past, making her pay extra attention. At one point, she had thought that if that young man hadn’t died from the war, perhaps he would’ve become someone like Moderation.
Chatting idly, they eventually arrived at the cafe, heads tilting after faced with an unusual sight.

Huh?

“Is something going on?”
The cafe was always busy, but it had never been so crowded that early. The place was packed!
At that moment, the other part-timer spotted the two and shouted in a flustered tone, “Hey! Hurry up! We need help, quick!”
Startled by the desperate plea for help, the two quickly approached and grasped the situation. They realized that most of the people inside weren’t regular customers.

Oh,
thank goodness! Get in here! We’re short on hands! You can change and start right away, right?!” Mr. Jung yelled urgently.
Reina and Super Ribbon looked around in a daze for a moment, then quickly nodded and rushed inside.
At the same time, the eyes of the customers inside the cafe turned and locked onto the two of them.
* * *
“Welcome! What can I get for you today?”
“A caramel latte, please.”
“Sure. Would you like anything else?” Super Ribbon followed up with a bright smile.

Ummm.
If it's okay, could I take a photo with you?” the man who just ordered asked.
Her face instantly turned awkward. “I'm sorry, sir. Please refrain from making personal requests to our staff.”
Regulars were used to the atmosphere of the cafe, and never asked the staff for anything personal.
However, the new people were different. The place was packed, with some people having apparently traveled from far away after hearing about the two.
As the number of problematic customers increased seemingly without end, Super Ribbon let out a frustrated sigh. She pulled out her smartphone and rapidly called someone.
Ring... Ring...
-
Hello? Sis?
“Eva... What the hell did you do on your stream?”
Super Ribbon asked carefully, trying her best to not show her exhaustion.
-
Why? What happened?
Super Ribbon couldn’t help but sigh. She knew that none of the people had malicious intentions, but the situation was still overwhelming.
[- Don’t tell me... people showed up at the cafe?]
Super Ribbon snapped a photo of the crowd and sent it.
“See for yourself.”
-
Sorry...
A simple and clean apology came back.
“There’s just too many...”
-
Want me to come help...?
‘Huh? Is this bitch trying to blow this up even more?’
Super Ribbon stared at her phone in disbelief.
“Super Ribbon, can you help over here?!”
“Eva, we'll talk later.”
Just then, Reina approached, her face similarly worn out and asking for help. Super Ribbon nodded and ended the call.
Reina had once been called a hero. She wasn’t exhausted physically, but to endure the relentless approaches required intense mental endurance.
“How long do you think this will last?”
“Not long, hopefully...”
Even the owner Mr. Jung, who normally loved a surge of customers, had to throw his hands up at this one.
The chaos continued for hours. When their well-earned break finally came, Super Ribbon and Reina collapsed like rag dolls.
Thankfully, just as break time approached, the swarm of customers started thinning out and the cafe gradually returned to its usual amount of customers.

Phew.
Good job today, girls. Sales are through the roof, but I never want to go through that again.”
“Do you really think they were Eva’s viewers?
“A few of them, definitely...”
Sure, Evangeline had become a well-known streamer, but it still seemed over the top. They wondered if there was another reason besides her.
Another of the part-timers then asked, “Weren’t those people here to see you two?”

Huh?
” Super Ribbon asked in confusion. “What are you talking about?”
“You don't know, do you? Didn't you see what happened online after that day Red Ribbon and Blue Ribbon went wild in the cafe?”
Reina and Super Ribbon glanced at each other, neither of them having a clue.
“People uploaded photos because they were too damned cute. That might be why so many came, just to see those two.”
Now that she mentioned it, there had been customers who’d asked if she wasn’t going to transform today. At the time, she had been too busy to think about it, but clearly that hadn’t been a passing comment.
In the end, rumors about Red Ribbon and Blue Ribbon had led to a flood of curiosity about Super Ribbon and Reina, whom Evangeline had carefully tried to keep under wraps.
* * *
[Hieve.]
[Hieve.]
Countless chat messages scrolled up the screen.
With a pout and her arms crossed, Evangeline asked, “Guys, I’m serious here. There are some folks here who went to the cafe where my sister works today,
huh
?
Some of the chatters in the stream seemed noticeably uneasy.
[Hmm, who knows?]
[Maybe. Maybe not.]
[I mean, I live close by, and I was already a regular anyway.]
“Lies!” she fumed.
“How many of you actually went?!” she grumbled, clearly annoyed. “My sister isn’t even a streamer.”
[Well hey, the cafe made more money, so that’s good, right?]
“You really think so?”
[Oops, sorry about the trouble.]
While she knew they didn’t mean any harm, it still left a bitter taste.
“So where is it?”
[???]
[???]
“Where is the cafe she works at? Why do you guys get to know and I don’t?”
The chat exploded with laughter.
[LOL even her own sister doesn’t know where she works]
[Should we tell her or not lololol]
They instantly turned the tables, teasing Evangeline. She gritted her teeth. “I can just look it up online, right?”
[Well, is it even generally online?]
[I have no clue lols]
Ding!
[Constellation Sagittarius has donated 100,000 Won]
The attached photo donation showed Super Ribbon and Reina flustered as they rang up orders at the counter, with other part-timers hurriedly working the machines behind them.
-
Jackpot.
The following voice donation made Evangeline lose it, the vein on her forehead on the verge of popping.
“I swear I’m banning that guy!!” she raged, but she knew that banning it wouldn’t actually do anything.
“So where is that place?! Why am I the only one who doesn’t know?!”
[Now you know how Moderation felt LOL]
[And that dude kept this all to himself lololols]
[By the way, Super Ribbon’s really pretty.]
Once someone commented on her looks, the chat quickly jumped in agreement.

Ugh.
Yeah, I mean she’s pretty, but still...”
[LOL look at boss trying not to smile]
[Look at her brighten up instantly after we compliment her family. So easy to handle lol]
[But she really doesn’t look like our boss at all.]
[Hey, watch it.]
[Step away from the keyboard!]
Ding!
[Constellation Leo has donated 50,000 Won.]
- Boss sure is easy to handle.
Those damned constellations were of no help at all.
“Forget it! I’m not asking anymore!”
Grinding her teeth in frustration, she grabbed a pen.
“I’m gonna draw. Give me suggestions,” Evangeline muttered, blatantly showing her mixed emotions. Then came another voice donation that made her tilt her head.
[By the way, boss. Did you see the news? Atlantis supposedly appeared in the Pacific Ocean.]

Huh?
What are you talking about?”
[LOL she's not from Earth]
[What's that supposed to mean you fucking weebs lol]
Since viewers all seemed to know what was going on yet refused to say, Evangeline quickly searched “Pacific Atlantis” on the internet. A bunch of news articles immediately popped up about it.
Three enormous islands had appeared on the Pacific Ocean, with two of them massive enough to house populations in the thousands or even tens of thousands.
Satellite images showed a stunning number of butterflies fluttering around the islands, their wings glowing brightly.
“Wow. That’s beautiful! Earth has islands like this?”
[??? What is that bro, I’m scared.]
[These didn’t exist before. They popped up overnight.]
Curiosity piqued, Evangeline started digging through more photos. What stood out was one detailing the inside of the island. There were structures that clearly looked like evidence of a civilization existing on the islands.
“There are buildings too! Someone must be living there.”
She stared in wonder at the blurry images of large structures, especially fascinated by a castle located at the center of the island.
“You’re telling me this just appeared out of nowhere? Earth is seriously such a weird place.”
[No, seriously, this is new to us too lol]
[We were hoping someone from Tionis might know, but I guess not.]
Useless speculation bounced around the chat.
At first, Evangeline gazed curiously at the photo of the castle. However, it wasn’t long before she lost interest.
“Well, whatever it is, it’s not really my problem anyway. Just... try not to flood my sister’s cafe again, please.”
[Aye aye boss]
[But like, Moderation’s already there sipping coffee though?]
[Honestly, I’ve already known for a while. He’s always hanging around the cafe, chatting with Reina.]
[Hmm,
kinda sus. Wasn’t Moderation into older women?]
[Doesn’t matter. With someone like her, age gaps don’t even matter. He’s definitely tryna hit that.]
[I saw him there once, and it totally looked like he was into her.]
Crack.
Evangeline’s mouse gave off a sharp sound in her tightening grip.
[???]
[Wait what’s going on now]
“Yeah, that’s what I’d like to know. What did you just say Moderation did?”
Her voice had turned cold, and the chat fell quiet, tension thick in the air. Her eyes glowed violet, showing the vertical slits characteristic of dragon pupils. They were stunning, yes, but also carried a terrifying weight.
[Uh. I didn’t see anything.]
The viewer who had snitched about Moderation tried to backtrack, but it was already too late. Evangeline unhesitatingly grabbed her phone and called Moderation.
He didn’t answer—she could tell he was dodging her on purpose.
That meant there was only one thing for her to do.
She opened the streaming platform on another tab and quickly entered his live stream. He was casually drawing while chatting with his viewers. Their conversation was extremely provocative.
It wasn’t even his usual streaming time, so she had gotten lucky.
Without a moment’s delay, she slammed down 100,000 won as donation and sent a voice message that brought chaos to his stream.
[Hey, you told me you just stumbled upon the cafe. So why were you flirting with my sister,
huh?
]
Seemingly having come out of nowhere, her comment left Moderation staring blankly at the screen.
[??? Evangeline?!]
[Wait, is that really Eva?]
[lololol what did Moderation do this time]
[Explain yourself]
[EXPLAIN NOW]
[EXPLAIN NOW]
[EXPLAIN NOW]
Having dealt with her before, Moderation scrambled to put out the fire.
He shouted in a panic, “Guys, wait! No!! She’s making stuff up again!! I swear! I’m serious this time!”e shouted in panic. But Evangeline felt her anger bubbling up again.
‘This guy. Who does he think he’s aiming for?’
When she was about to type another message, another voice suddenly rang out, making her freeze in place. “You’re invited.”

Huh?”
Light particles began swirling around her body. Her entire form soon vanished.
Her sudden disappearance in the middle of a stream sent the viewers into a frenzy.
[Wait. What just happened?!]
[Where did boss go?!]
[What the hell?!]
[???]
Evangeline had vanished in an instant, without any warning.
All that remained were a few golden butterflies, gently fluttering in the spot where she had just been.
