This Is Not the Female Demon Lord I Remembered-Chapter 803 - 646: Winter Fades, But Spring Endures (Part 2)

Chapter 803

"Hey hey, is there really no problem? This kid Liang Yi doesn't seem capable of handling it..."
Looking at Liang Yi, whose eyes were tightly shut yet covered with numerous unprovoked wounds, the Grand Saint of Nine Spirits tilted his head and pointed.
"Got dragged into the Extreme Winter Domain, huh?"
A small figure lay on the head of the Grand Saint of Nine Spirits, appearing like a miniature version of the saint - it was the stealthy Grandpa Orange hiding in the main hall.
"It's the collision between domains now. Although Liang Yi is wounded, in reality, the one falling behind is Cang Dong."
Fang Zhi rubbed his chin, a glimmer flashing through his eyes, having a clear insight into the truth.
"This kid's domain realm is absurdly high and incredibly resilient. The path he walks is actually different from ours."
Zhou Yuzhi also noticed some details; when these people returned to the main hall earlier, though he only glanced at them briefly, he discerned something unusual from their aura.
The Immortal Emperor Xuanzhou, Zhou Zhukong, along with the master of the myriad aspects and Xu Yi of the Blood Control Sect, looked at Liang Yi thoughtfully. It indeed differed from the current Cultivation Path of the Mystical Mechanism Continent, but not by much, merely a different path.
"Grandma's, really... unheard of..."
Xu Yi touched his head, his face full of astonishment.
He had heard of Liang Yi's Disruption Domain but wasn't too clear on its intricacies. Now, observing closely, he realized the terrifying nature of Liang Yi's domain.
Should Liang Yi one day cover the entire Mystical Mechanism Continent with his domain, he could, over one year, decide the life and death of every cultivator on the continent.
"You didn't teach him this method, did you?"
The master of the myriad aspects coldly glanced at Chen Hua, whose face was breaking into a wide smile.
"Of course not; likely he fiddled with it himself over on the Abyss Continent and casually taught it to those few children."
Chen Hua waved his right hand carelessly, smiling as he looked at Liang Yi.
"Fiddle? Hmph!"
Listening to Chen Hua's boastful remarks, Fang Zhi snorted disdainfully.
Even as they spoke, they calculated in their hearts. Liang Yi's current power was visible to all; through domain clashes, he could contend with a Ninth Realm Perfect cultivator without being at a disadvantage, even suppressing the other's cultivation.
Though part of it was due to the mystical nature of Liang Yi's domain, it was not entirely unrelated to the cultivation method he employed.
He Zhiqing, Pang Qingshi, and the others have likely learned it, but Liu Rouxin and Zhou Wudao are just at the brink of breaking through the Ninth Realm, leaving room for discussion.
"Still chatting away? Are you even concerned about Liang Yi?"
Seeing the group not stopping with their chatter, Grandpa Orange urgently called out.
"Don't worry; now Liang Yi is suppressing Cang Dong, who is merely making a desperate struggle."
Chen Hua's gaze was profound, as if his eyes could pierce the Void, witnessing the clash between Liang Yi and Cang Dong's domains.
Though it seemed Liang Yi was pulled into the Extreme Winter Domain by Cang Dong, the suppression from Liang Yi's domain on Cang Dong remained unchanged and even strengthened.
"Though they are superficial wounds, it's still not right to let Cang Dong keep flaunting here..."
Chen Hua drew the Taoist Collection with a backhand, connecting an unseen Karma line from the Void between his sword tip and Cang Dong's domain.
Then, with a gentle swing.
Karma Disruption!
Cang Dong, having just struck a blow, paused, seemingly realizing something, and swiftly looked up at the top of his domain.
A sword enveloped in light slowly descended from beyond the sky, cleaving the ever-unchanging clouds and domain within the Extreme Winter Secret Realm, allowing light to spill over the earth!
The momentum of the descending giant sword did not stop until Cang Dong's entire domain was split in half, then it slowly vanished!
Cang Dong's previously solid domain was utterly vulnerable under this sword, helpless like a little girl, unable to resist.
"Chen Hua!!"
The towering ice and snow of Cang Dong gnawed in anger, impotent despite his fury.
Before meeting Liang Yi, he always regarded Chen Hua's Sword Intent as ridiculously unreasonable, akin to a sword as its wielder!
As long as Chen Hua's Karma Sword Intent entwined them, he could perform numerous unbelievable feats; Chen Hua was at least seventy percent responsible for his sealing!
If he were still in his prime, the outrageous Karma line which directly severed half his domain would never bind him.
Unfortunately, as Chen Hua and the Bodhi monk had beaten him before sealing him, now he was even weaker than then, unable to escape this Karma line.
"Do you have another avatar to block the sword for you this time?"
A clear voice pulled the shocked and enraged Cang Dong's thoughts back, looking down as the voice came from beneath his palm.
Strange light blossomed under his hand, an unstoppable power threatening to overturn him, a dread like a venomous serpent wrapped around his heart. He couldn't remember how long since he last felt such despair.
Gnashing his teeth, Cang Dong lifted his right hand and clenched his left into a fist, smashing down! Abyss Demon Qi, boundless as the sea and abyss, covered the sky!
His face wild with madness, its expression twisted by the shadow of death, his fists blurred into a blur, power unleashed like a furious dragon was fully vented onto the snow-buried ground, each punch raising a thousand-foot high snow wave before ferociously crashing down.
Yet, despite this, the heavy feeling of impending doom in Cang Dong's heart grew stronger. His snow-formed giant face was inexplicably sweat-dropped.
Was it a mere illusion, or reality?
With a forceful clap, Cang Dong unleashed an invisible wave sweeping across his remaining half of the Extreme Winter Domain, countless ice spikes sharper than swords gathered, appearing in the sky.
As far as the eye could see, the ice spikes spun and, following Cang Dong's downward gesture, simultaneously rained down upon the snow mist's center!
"Huff! Huff! Huff!"
Cang Dong's eyes bulged, panting heavily, excitement painted across his face.
"Is it dead? Dead...吧,"
Gradually, the excitement faded from Cang Dong's face, replaced by surprise as his expression shifted from thrill to astonishment.
For as the blood mist cleared, Liang Yi stood with a tranquil expression, his right hand holding a sword while his left hand held a small, vibrant white flower, the source of that bizarre light.
Facing Cang Dong, Liang Yi lifted the delicate flower above his head, the small bloom bathed in blinding light.
Under the glow, ice melts and life renews!
"The end of winter, with spring eternally vibrant!"
Liang Yi whispered.
Following that, with Liang Yi and the flower as the dividing line, the wind and snow realm behind him vanished under the brilliance, indicating the Extreme Winter Principle constructing this snowy landscape had collapsed.
The ominous sky cleared, as the snow dispersed a scene akin to dawn or twilight emerged with stars, a full moon, and a sun suspended above.
Endless snow was replaced by vast stretches of greenery and flowers, the desolate Extreme Winter Domain transformed into the vibrant Disruption Domain in an instant.
"It's not that I pulled you into my domain but rather that you engulfed my Extreme Winter Domain within yours?"
Gazing dully at the transforming scene behind Liang Yi, Cang Dong finally understood.
Everything that transpired had been under Liang Yi's control! What he thought was a desperate gamble aiming to kill Liang Yi was a futile effort; Liang Yi had already staked himself in an undefeatable position!
"Have you not realized how much your power has diminished?"
Liang Yi advanced with his sword, an arching brow, and eyes like sparkling stars.
Without the need to look up, he now simply gazed straight at Cang Dong.
Only then did Cang Dong suddenly realize it wasn't that Liang Yi had grown to immense height but his once majestic domain-created body had shrunk to human proportions.
Bound by Liang Yi's domain, he was now ordinary, devoid of any cultivation.
For an apex Great Cultivator of Ninth Realm Perfection, losing to a novice on the Cultivation Path was shatteringly ironic.
"You won't be the last; rest easy as you depart."
Liang Yi raised his sword, Cliff Sword Intent twirling around the blade, and unhesitatingly slashed down.
