Worldwide Class Change: An Invincible Swordsman-Chapter 435 - 434, Tracing the Enemy_1

Chapter 435

Chapter 435: Chapter 434, Tracing the Enemy_1
Jiang Chen directly gave up on the Constitution Spring Water and followed others in search of the Secret Realm.
A group of eight moved quickly, clearing away surrounding Abnormal Beasts along the way. The beasts were all slain by a single shot from the Archers, whose Level was quite high—likely Sixth-stage Archers, above Level 300.
Beyond the Archers, there were Magicians; other classes were unclear.
They traveled for a whole day.
Finally, the eight people halted. Ahead, a group of people appeared. These weren’t All-God Continent’s Heroes but Warriors from the Difiled God Camp. Clearly, this place wasn’t a secret, as the Difiled God Camp was aware of it.
This group belonged to the Stuart Family, which, like the Adolf family, contained a Demigod, making it one of the premier Clans on the Continent of All-Gods.
The one who had arrived was Van Lundin, the Young Master of the Stuart Family.
Van Lundin furrowed his brows, looking at the Corrupted Heroes before him. "So it really is here."
"Looks like they’ve already entered."
"What do we do? Retreat? Or kill them and delve deeper?"
"Nonsense! Of course, we kill them and continue. This is a Secret Realm, after all. There are bound to be Inscriptions and other treasures inside."
"Young Master."
Van Lundin coldly commanded, "Kill...!"
The Archers acted instantly. Dazzling Magic offensive attacks surged toward the opposing Corrupted Heroes guarding the place, who perished under the deadly arrows before they could react.
Van Lundin’s group hesitated no further and entered...
By the time Jiang Chen arrived, Van Lundin and his party had already gone inside, leaving numerous severed limbs at the site.
Angelina asked, "Jiang Chen, what should we do?"
"Go in."
"Okay."
Jiang Chen followed Angelina into the Secret Realm.
「Within the Secret Realm.」
Jiang Chen paid close attention to his surroundings while Angelina cast buffs on him. He activated combat mode, and the Sword Qi of Wan Jian Gui Clan enveloped him. This Secret Realm was just like others he had entered before.
A deep and secluded passage led forward. Within Jiang Chen’s Perception, two people were guarding ahead, apparently to stop anyone from entering. Remains of bodies were also nearby.
The blood on these bodies had long since dried; the time of death was unknown.
Jiang Chen examined these corpses: they were two meters tall, with rat-like heads, mouths full of sharp teeth, and tails nearly a meter long, clad in gray Armor.
Besides these, there were also the remains of some Corrupted Heroes.
Clearly, a fierce battle had taken place here—a battle between the Corrupted Heroes and the creatures of the Secret Realm.
Jiang Chen looked ahead. "Follow behind me; there’s someone up ahead."
"Who is it?"
"All-God Continent’s Heroes."
The two pressed on, eyeing the gloomy cavern ahead where two people stood. Jiang Chen stopped in his tracks.
"Huh... All-God Continent’s Heroes?" one of them exclaimed.
"Why would All-God Continent’s Heroes be here?"
"I recognize him! Damn it, he’s the one who followed us!"
One of the middle-aged men looked at Jiang Chen and Angelina, clearly recognizing them as the young people who had followed his group. He had initially thought they were after the Constitution Spring Water, but it turned out they had been trailing them all along.
Jiang Chen smiled. "Gentlemen, we are all All-God Continent’s Heroes. There’s no need for bloodshed, right?"
"Kid, how did you find out about this place?"
"Isn’t it obvious? You followed us. Now, I’ll give you one chance: leave the Secret Realm immediately. This isn’t a place you can meddle with."
Facing the two Archers’ threats, Jiang Chen was utterly unfazed.
Instead, he said, "There are Corrupted Heroes here. They’ve clearly been here for a long time. Instead of helping deal with them, you’re hindering us. It won’t be good if the Corrupted Heroes snatch all the treasures."
"You’d better worry about yourselves!"
An Archer drew his bow, aiming at Jiang Chen and Angelina, ready to Kill them at the slightest movement...
In the next second, dozens of Sword Auras shot out.
Instantly, the two Elves were killed.
They died without understanding how.
Sixth-stage opponents stood no chance against Jiang Chen; killing a Sixth-stage Master was as easy for him as crushing an ant.
The two quickly moved forward.
All along their path lay the corpses of Abnormal Beasts and severed limbs.
It seems the Abnormal Beasts within this Secret Realm aren’t so easy to deal with,
Jiang Chen thought.
The surroundings bear traces of Magic; the battle must have been brutally fierce.
They didn’t know how far they had walked when suddenly a burst of firelight flared up ahead.
A giant cavern appeared before them, as large as a football field.
Under the red glow, dozens of figures emerged.
CLANG. CLANG. CLANG.
Jiang Chen watched the scene ahead. They had encountered high-level warriors from the Difiled God Camp blocking their way, and a great battle ensued. The Difiled God Camp had many members, and various Barriers and Magic spells flew towards Van Lundin’s group.
Van Lundin’s group of six faced off against more than twenty opponents, coordinating their efforts.
One person behind Van Lundin cast a Barrier, blocking the enemy’s onslaught.
Warriors from the Difiled God Camp bombarded the Barrier with overwhelming Magic, but they failed to break through it.
The one casting the Barrier was a Barrier Master.
Barrier Masters were known as the warriors among Magicians. They could use Magic to create Barriers for defense, trap enemies within those Barriers, and launch Magic offensive attacks while foes were contained.
Although their Offensive Power wasn’t as great as a Magician’s, they excelled at ensnaring enemies.
A Barrier Master was thus both a Magical class and a Support Class.
The Magician behind Van Lundin launched an assault, unleashing high-level Fire Magic that swept over the Warriors from the Difiled God Camp like a tsunami.
Screams of agony followed in its wake...
Angelina exclaimed in shock, "Such powerful Fire Magic!"
Jiang Chen nodded. Undeniably, these people were all experts. The one using Fire Magic, who incinerated enemies to ash, was at least Level 300—definitely a Sixth-stage Strength.
Their equipment was also terrifyingly powerful.
In addition to the Barrier Master, Magician, and Priest, there was also a warrior. Judging by the Skills he exhibited, he belonged to the Magic Swordsman class.
A Magic Swordsman possessed the Talent of a warrior and also had Magical Skills.
Next to Van Lundin stood another person who had yet to make a move. However, Jiang Chen sensed a fluctuation from him—a True Qi fluctuation. This person was not a Hero, but a Wanderer.
Wanderers really can be encountered anywhere,
Jiang Chen mused.
Just as Van Lundin’s group was eliminating the last of their enemies, the Wanderer turned and stared at the cave entrance.
Van Lundin looked back and asked, "Jiang Ling, what is it?"
"I feel like we’re being watched."
The group glanced towards the cave entrance.
"Is it just your imagination?"
"Is someone there?"
Jiang Ling shook his head. "It’s no mistake. Ever since we left Mediya Luna’s Territory, I’ve had this feeling—someone has been following us. This person is very strong; it’s highly likely we’ve been targeted by them."
The Magician nearby shot a blast of Flames toward the entrance.
The Flames illuminated the area, but no enemy was found.
"No one’s there," the Magician said.
Jiang Ling scoffed. "With your Magic blast, any enemy would have hidden long ago. If they were so easily discovered, would they even be considered experts?"
Van Lundin fell into thought for a moment.
"If there was someone, Enoch would have notified me by now."
Jiang Ling replied, "That’s why I say this pursuer is an expert. If Enoch or his people haven’t notified you, it means they’re already dead. They were likely killed before they could send a warning, or perhaps they simply had no time to react before they perished."
