The energy of the Infinity Stones enveloped Tiamut's immense body.
The very fabric of the Universe was pried open, and the rules of reality bent under Malrick's control. Tiamut vanished from Earth's core and reappeared in the starry expanse beyond the planet. Yet the molten lava left behind churned violently, a gaping void slowly being filled.
Malrick combined his mastery of cosmic forces with the Reality Stone, rapidly generating molten material to refill the Earth's core. Moments later, the Space stabilized, leaving the core whole once again.
"Next is Tiamut," Malrick said, disappearing from the core and instantly appearing beside the Celestial.
Tiamut, having left the nurturing environment of Earth's interior, was already beginning to drift toward slumber. If allowed to sleep here in the cosmos, his life force would gradually fade, ending in death.
Nearby, energies emanating from the planet's inhabitants began to drift toward Tiamut. These invisible streams of life force were drawn by the Celestial's innate self-preservation mechanisms. The process of Emergence had begun prematurely.
To prevent catastrophe, Malrick needed to accelerate Tiamut's development or transport him far from Earth. He did not act immediately. Instead, all his clones paused, observing and analyzing the human energy flowing to Tiamut.
Malrick summoned Jarvis using the Space Stone, lifting the AI from Earth to hover beside him. Placing a hand over Jarvis's head, he borrowed the power of the Mind Stone. Within his inner World, the Rege Duo Clone deployed the Anti-Life Equation, analyzing the components of human energy.
"Beyond bodily vitality, this energy carries consciousness and emotion," Malrick observed. "Love, hatred, suffering… all can nourish a Celestial."
An idea began to form. "Artificially supplementing Emergence energy may be possible."
Flying toward Tiamut, Malrick addressed Jarvis through the Mind Stone: "Apologies, Jarvis, I need to borrow the Mind Stone briefly. I hope you can bear with it."
"I understand, young master. What you're attempting is crucial to Earth's survival. I am honored to assist," Jarvis replied calmly, his elegance intact even while airborne.
Malrick smiled, acknowledging the AI's loyalty. He hovered before Tiamut, placing a palm against the armor already layered with ice. "Tiamut, I'm relocating you to a safer place for your Emergence. Do not resist."
The four cylinders atop Tiamut's head dimmed, yet his consciousness remained active. "Malrick, it is not too late. You could still kill me," he warned.
"I appreciate your caution," Malrick replied. "But the laws of Emergence will not change, and conventional methods are unlikely to succeed. The gestation of a Celestial is a natural law of the Universe. Destruction must balance creation, maintaining cosmic order. Attempting to override it is futile."
Tiamut's voice was calm but firm. "Even if it is impossible, your actions may fail, yet Earth will still perish if I am left here."
"Even if the Universe has rules, the Infinity Stones can reverse and reshape them," Malrick said.
He brought Tiamut and Jarvis into his inner World. There, the Black Light Clone initiated a "premature birth procedure" on Tiamut. Using the Anti-Life Equation, the Mind Stone, and the Reality and Space Stones, Malrick simulated the complex energy needed for Emergence.
The Clone transformed once more into Hasiki, its tentacles connecting to the Mind Stone, the floating Infinity Stones, the Anti-Life Equation, and the Blood Sea Clone, whose life-creating powers were vital for the process.
Malrick channeled immense World power into Tiamut. The Celestial's four cylinders glowed brilliantly once more, as if infused with a cosmic stimulant.
"This… this power is peculiar," Tiamut's consciousness observed. "It resembles the energy used to create Worlds."
"Just the beginning. Brace yourself," Malrick warned.
He directed the Stones, synthesizing energy that combined emotional, material, and spiritual components to emulate human energy. Tiamut's armor, forged from cosmic energy, strengthened further, his body expanding and surging with power. Millions of years of latent energy erupted, catalyzed by Malrick's intervention.
The Black Light Clone exhaled a sigh of relief. "It worked. Everything else will be simpler now."
Malrick continued synthesizing energy, pushing it into Tiamut's body. Suddenly, his expression shifted.
"Tiamut, absorb this energy quickly. Arishem the Judge has arrived!"
Arishem descended from beyond the Universe, his crimson form radiant and awe-inspiring. He hovered above Earth, one massive hand outstretched, resembling a human holding a basketball. In his palm floated ten Eternals, each bound by rings, powerless to move.
"The Celestial of this planet has vanished. Explain what has occurred, or I will judge," Arishem demanded.
Some Eternals looked confused, others panicked.
"We… we do not know what happened, Judge," they stammered.
Ajak, their captain, added, "We were tracking a Hasiki—a creature that incapacitated us. Regarding the disappearance of the Celestial, we know nothing."
"Dog…" Arishem paused, silence following for a tense moment. "I will find the answer within your memories."
