Having been addicted to her lover’s passionate kisses for so long, now Edith let her beautiful body float in the water. Edith furrowed her brows. "But why did you act like you were pressuring me to give you an answer?"
"I just wanted to prove to you that I’m truly happy to have you in my life." Callum stared at his lover with sparkling eyes. "I want you to never change your mind again."
"Actually, I’m also feeling more comfortable around you. I enjoyed swimming with you today."

Her cheeks flushed red at her lover’s outspoken words. She immediately stood up and looked away. "I think I should prepare dinner first. The kids will be hungry and question me."
"Didn’t you say earlier they were doing their homework?"
"But the kids probably haven’t done their homework this whole time. Aren’t you embarrassed if the kids find out what we’ve been doing?"
Callum also stood up, wrapping his arms around his lover’s waist from behind. His lips landed on the crook of her neck, slowly tracing her.

Edith slowly turned around, wrapping her arms around his neck. "You were very sexy today too. I don’t regret taking you swimming today." Her lips pressed against his ear. "Actually, as time goes by, I’m starting to accept you more."

"If you treat me with love, I will definitely like you more. That’s why as time goes by, I accept you more and more, not because I rely on past memories."
Callum laughed heartily, enthusiastically cradling his lover’s body as he twirled around. "Okay, I’ll serve you like a queen more often, so you don’t hate me anymore."
"But before that, can we continue our dance practice? We have to attend the ball tomorrow."
"Okay. After dinner, we’ll practice dancing again." Callum touched his lover’s ear with his lips. "If we’re truly in love, I’ll take you to the shower together."
In an instant, her ears turned red at the words that made her body even hotter. "You’re such a pervert, Callum!" Her hand swiftly splashed water onto his handsome face.
"Why are you complaining? Weren’t you so enthusiastic after swimming? You definitely wanted to shower with me?"

Suddenly, a memory flashed through her mind again. This time, it showed her passionately kissing someone under the shower. Her eyes widened as she stared at herself, enthusiastically kissing Callum, allowing him to slowly undo the straps of her swimsuit.
The memory lasted only a brief moment, before she returned to reality, staring at her lover, who was still holding her. She immediately released her lover’s embrace and swam away from him.
"Callum... if you want to take a shower, you can go ahead. I still want to soak in the pool."
"What’s wrong? Haven’t you been in the pool for too long? You’ll catch a cold."
"It’s okay. I just feel a little hot."
"Then, can I have some more fun with you? I don’t want to let you swim alone."
Edith chuckled as she splashed water on her lover’s handsome face. "Chase me, Callum!"
After a long date at the pool with her boyfriend, Edith became even more enthusiastic about learning to dance with him until they were truly proficient. Now, her twins were also watching them practice in the living room. Edith had actually invited her twins to judge whether they were perfect.

Edith folded her arms. "Callum, don’t do anything weird after what we did at the pool!"

"Dad! Mom! I can’t wait to see you guys dance!" Eliana whined, swinging her tiny feet.
"Me too!"
Edith and Callum exchanged their most beautiful smiles. They held hands tightly, then moved their feet to the rhythm of the romantic music playing.
While dancing with her lover, her heart fluttered, especially imagining their passionate kiss in the pool. It felt like she wasn’t satisfied with soaking her body in the cool water to clear her mind, but she was starting to get naughty. Even though the dance was a masquerade ball, she would prove to Arabella and Cliff that she was worthy of being Callum’s wife. That was the main reason she was so diligent in learning to dance, so she could perform perfectly.
