Daddy, You Got The Wrong Mommy-Chapter 140: Mommy Looks Like Another Woman

Chapter 140

Chapter 140: Chapter 140: Mommy Looks Like Another Woman
The private room.
Bea saw the two elders of the Hawke Family and immediately ran over joyfully.
"Grandpa, Grandma."
Waa waa!
I finally get to see them again.
I miss them so much.
Bea dove into Madam Hawke’s arms.
Madam Hawke was surprised yet delighted.
"Charlie, is someone outside bullying you? Tell Grandpa and Grandma, and we’ll stand up for you."
Did the little one encounter something?
Went out and now seems clingy all over again?
Happy yet anxious.
"Yes, Charlie, if someone is bullying you, you mustn’t hold it in. Be sure to let Grandpa and Grandma know, alright?"
Elder Hawthorne echoed.
Bea: "..."
Alright then.
He was too excited and forgot to control his emotions.
"No, it’s just that I suddenly remembered how Grandpa and Grandma take care of me, and I felt a bit touched."
Bea snuggled affectionately against Madam Hawke’s arm.
Madam Hawke’s heart softened completely, and her eyes moistened a bit.
"This child, you are our most beloved little treasure. Isn’t it right to take care of you?"
The little one suddenly turned back into that lively little person from a few days ago!
She was thrilled!
"Alright, alright, quickly sit down to eat."
Elder Hawthorne was also a bit excited, signaling the little one to sit down and eat.
Bea stuck his tongue out playfully and sat next to Elder Hawthorne.
Thinking of the times spent talking about insects with Grandpa Hawthorne, he couldn’t resist taking out a bottle from his pocket.
"Grandpa, look, this is the new bug I caught."
How he missed Grandpa Hawthorne’s insect lab.
He wished he could play in the lab every day.
"Oh, Charlie, when did you catch it?"
Elder Hawthorne was both excited and surprised.
The little one hadn’t paid attention to him for quite a while.
Did he finally want to play with bugs again?
"Hehe, Grandpa, are the bugs in the lab doing well?"
"They’re great, let me tell you..."
The elder and the little one started excitedly chatting about bugs.
Madam Hawke looked with a loving expression at the animated little one, a hint of doubt flashing in her eyes.
The little one went out and suddenly came back different?
Did he really not encounter anything?
However, no matter what he encounters, it’s good as long as he becomes cheerful.
"Don’t just chat, hurry up and eat."
Madam Hawke put some food into the little one’s bowl, reminding the two not to only focus on chatting.
"Thank you, Grandma."
Bea beamed with a brilliant smile, serving food to the two elders.
The two elders were grinning from ear to ear.
Madam Hawke watched the little one eat, then glanced at the time and said to Elder Hawthorne, "Call and ask if Damon is close to arriving?"
Is Uncle Hawke coming too?
Bea paused his eating, his ears perked up.
"No need to ask, he’ll come when he’s done with work."
Elder Hawthorne casually said while caring for the little one.
Madam Hawke didn’t insist and sighed while looking at the little one’s delicate face: "Damon ended his engagement with Victoria Don, and his lifelong concern has always been troubling me. Our Charlie is already so big, he needs to find a gentle and refined woman to take care of him."
As we age, we just want our descendants to live peacefully, healthily, and happily.
The little one’s mood is always unstable, he needs to find a truly good woman to take care of him.
"Damon has his own plans, who knows what he’s really thinking."
Elder Hawthorne pondered, "I heard that the Miles girl is back in the country. Do you think Damon might still be thinking about her?"
"It’s possible."
Madam Hawke agreed, "I heard from Xiao Man that the previous perfumer looked a bit like Evelyn Miles. Damon is a nostalgic person, maybe he hasn’t let go of her in his heart."
"Sigh, Evelyn Miles indeed comes from a good family, but she’s focused on her career. Moreover, Victoria Don came later on..."
Listening to the Hawke elders’ discussion, Bea blinked his big eyes, feeling a bit uncomfortable.
Could it be that Uncle Hawke was nice to mommy because she resembles someone else?
Hmph!
If he doesn’t genuinely like Mommy, then step aside.
Luckily, he found his biological father.
He didn’t care about Uncle Hawke anymore.
At this moment, the little one had no idea that Damon Hawke was his biological father.
In the outer hall.
Dominic Hawke saw Elara Don, and his eyes couldn’t hide the joy.
He walked over to her, leaned into her arms, and gently inhaled her fragrance, looking satisfied.
"Mommy."
Elara Don was preparing condiments for the little one.
Seeing the little one so clingy, she teased with a smile.
"What’s up? Tell me, did you do something bad?"
No reason to act spoiled unless he did something wrong.
"No, I just suddenly wanted to hug Mommy."
Dominic Hawke spoke obediently.
Elara Don raised an eyebrow, put down the bowl in her hand, and cupped his little face.
"Really didn’t do anything wrong? Did you wet your pants while peeing?"
Dominic Hawke: "..."
So Bea could do such a foolish thing?
"No."
"Really no? Let me see."
"Mommy..."
Dominic Hawke’s little face warmed up but allowed Elara Don to check it out.
"What are you two doing?"
Leia Quinn finished using the restroom and sat back down.
"Godmother."
Dominic Hawke called out obediently.
Leia Quinn responded, noticing his slightly red ear tips, and narrowed her almond eyes.
Is the little one shy?
When did her godson start becoming bashful?
"Alright, hurry up and eat."
Elara Don stopped teasing the little one, lifting him onto his seat.
Dominic Hawke felt happy, eating the food Elara Don gave him, and listened to her and Leia Quinn chat idly.
"Hey, Bea, here comes the main dish! This is the signature dish here, and your favorite pig brains."
Leia Quinn placed the steaming pig brains in front of Dominic Hawke.
Dominic Hawke’s eyes widened in disbelief.
Pig brains!
It’s Bea’s favorite!
What a peculiar taste!
"Bea, why aren’t you eating?"
Elara Don tenderly served him, "Come on, Mommy’s prepared the condiments for you, dip it with some mustard for more flavor."
Dominic Hawke swallowed, "Mommy..."
Can he say no?
"Hmm?"
Uncertain, Elara Don was still holding the pig brains.
Dominic Hawke swallowed what he was about to say, forcing a slight smile at Elara Don.
"Thank you, Mommy."
"Oh, you’re being polite to Mommy, are you? Open up."
Elara Don teasingly smiled and shoved the pig brains into Dominic Hawke’s mouth.
Dominic Hawke opened his little mouth, then...
So spicy, so pungent, so terrible...
He wanted to spit it out!
Dominic Hawke’s little eyebrows twisted into a knot, as he tearfully gulped down the mouthful of pig brains.
"Oh dear, Bea, the way you’re acting, I feel like I’m giving you medicine. Is it that painful?"
Elara Don teased with a laugh.
Dominic Hawke held the teacup with both small hands and drank big gulps of water.
"No, it’s just that the mustard is too overpowering."
Waa waa, it’s too bad!
Bea’s taste is so unique!
But, being fed by Aunt Charlotte, he felt both pain and joy.
