Golden Dragon: Six Thousand Years of Empire-Chapter 802 - 448: My Name Is White Emperor, Master of Mountains and Rivers_2

Chapter 802

Chapter 802: Chapter 448: My Name Is White Emperor, Master of Mountains and Rivers_2
Special equipment like sets, once you obtain one, you naturally go on to collect the second piece, the third piece, until finally you have the complete collection.
If each piece of the set has considerable terrifying power, then this desire to collect will reach quite an exaggerated level.
"That was my guess as well."
"I’m now interested in the Black King set too. If it really contains the spiritual will of the Black King, having a chat with him would surely yield a good harvest for me."
Noah’s dragon eyes, blue as the abyss, revealed quite an eager look of anticipation.
"I now have confirmed the specific location of one piece of the Black King set, and two other possible locations. If you’re interested, we could leave right now."
"Alright!"
Although Noah agreed immediately, he felt curious,
"Your weapon, Gungnir, have you already obtained it?"
"No, my descendants are keeping it well on my behalf, so I will first assist you in searching for the Black King set."
Although Odin’s words were quite plain, without emotion or feeling, Noah still detected a hint of gritted teeth.
It seems his descendants have indeed kept his weapon so well that even his reincarnation has no immediate way to approach it.
"Okay."
"By the way, what are you planning to call yourself now?"
"Call myself what?"
"Do you plan to use the same name as your original self? Although your situation is different from mine, I suggest you pick a name distinct from your original self."
"You are no longer called Odin? Then what are you called now?"
"Odin is the supreme Divine King in the oldest mythology of this realm. I can no longer use it. My current name is Alphard."
"Alphard, hmm, then I will call myself the White~King, no, White Emperor!"
Noah contemplated briefly, hesitated for a moment, then decided on the title for this avatar.
"White Emperor?! Hahaha!"
Hearing Noah’s chosen name, Odin laughed aloud, as its provocative meaning was too obvious, not only black and white but also making a strong presence,
"What’s wrong?"
"It’s an excellent name. From today, you are the White Emperor!"
The oldest Divine King, acknowledged the honorific of Noah, and amidst the high Sky Dome, thunder rolled through, invisibly, as if some unseen fortune descended.
"I shall be the Master of Mountains and Rivers!"
Noah not only confirmed his honorific but also determined his jurisdiction, as he had seen that unhappy expression of the Divine King when he emerged.
"Master of Mountains and Rivers, White Emperor! We should set off now, to get your black outerwear!"
Noah glanced around, those who joined in the encirclement of Odin, after his emergence, even just during their casual chat, were all dealt with by Noah, while the Cloud-piercing Ship in the distance was already fleeing in panic.
Soon enough his existence will spread across various continents in the Space-Time Realm, perhaps not to the point of fame across this realm, but at least he’ll be an identifiable figure in the hierarchy.
"Where’s the one that you can confirm?"
"With the Human Empire, under the possession of a human prince who is dubbed as the Netherworld King."
"The Netherworld King? Boldly named!"
Numerous Divine entities ruling over Death in the Material Realm had the worldly divine title of the Netherworld King.
"This isn’t his self-proclaimed title, but rather due to the Black King set he possesses. Anyone who owns and can use it will be called the Netherworld King."
"Hmm."
"It is a crown, known as the Crown of Dominator, also called the Netherworld Crown, which embodies the Black King’s mastery and comprehension of death, darkness, and the domain of slaughter. It is said to rank among the top three in power within the Black King set."
"So, does this human prince also have an undead army?"
"Every Netherworld King has an Undead Army, which can strengthen by slaughter."
Odin gave a brief introduction.
"So you want me to charge into the Human Empire’s military ranks now?"
Noah understood why Odin could confirm the location of the Black King set owner; there was no hiding of his existence—the Imperial pillar, deterrent to surroundings, guarding a region—no need to conceal anything. What must hide are those ignorant people coveting it unknowingly.
A child carrying wealth in a bustling market surely faces a death sentence, but if the bearer is an armored general carrying a sword? Who would have desires, who would dare to probe?
"Just a human Legend, according to public records, he is merely Legendary Seventh Rank. Accompanied by the Netherworld Crown, he could likely contend with a Ninth Rank Demigod."
Odin casually remarked, but those calm words made Noah lash his tail in response, letting him taste the wrath of the White Emperor.
"Do you think I can fight a Demigod now? Or can you do it alone?"
"Together we wouldn’t be enough, unless the original self is summoned here."
"Then why say that!"
"You wanted to know, so I merely conveyed what I know to you, whether to take action, you decide for yourself."
"And what about the two uncertain places?"
"Ah, those pieces of the Black King set are trapped within forbidden areas; whether they remain, or if they’ve been taken, I do not know, hence temporarily cannot confirm..."
Odin further described the situation, where former owners of the Black King set were deep within forbidden zones but didn’t live to exit.
"So, this is just a heap of useless information!"
Noah couldn’t hide his irritation.
"Do you expect that after tens of thousands of years of development and sedimentation, there still are unclaimed Divine Artifacts readily available for grabs here?"
Odin slightly surprised, asked in return.
"Indeed, I was a bit naive. But aren’t you a Divine King? This place supposed to be your realm of rule!"
"That was a long time ago. Now I too find this place quite unfamiliar; between us, there is no essential difference."
Though saying that, but a Divine King and a Ancestor Dragon with the potential of a Dragon King, even if just avatars, with their understanding and knowledge, obtaining something less than a Divine Artifact, even a part of a Mythical Level Set, shouldn’t be too difficult.
"Black Abyss Spear!"
Noah fiddled with the long Black Abyss Dragon Spear before him, nearly seventeen meters long, with a sense of black-golden essence yet revealing a hint of bone gleam. Judging by the spear’s length, it could only be wielded by the Giant Species, but considering a Dragon King with an immortal physique at least over a thousand meters, this spear indeed seemed too short and small.
"According to the legendary description, this Dragon Spear should be forged from the Black King’s spine, but looking at it, I doubt it resembles a spine—perhaps just a bit of the tail tip was used."
"I see it more like a leg bone was used."
Upon personally contacting a relic from a bygone friend, Odin had a different view.
"How much of the Dragon King’s skeleton was used for this so-called strongest armament? That old fellow seems to have scraped some bone fragments from his body to assemble the Black King set."
"Not quite, the power contained within this Dragon Spear is notable; if every piece was like this, or if the Netherworld Crown indeed follows its description, embodying part of the Black King’s origin power, the collective power of the set would surpass ordinary True Divine Artifacts."
Odin offered an assessment from a more fair standpoint,
"However, this Dragon Spear definitely didn’t utilize a whole spine of the Black King!"
Everywhere silent decay, eyes full of desolation, amidst shattered mountains and land flows an eerie and sinister blood injecting out, this is one of the forbidden zones in the Space-Time Realm—Divine Burial Valley.
The traces left by the Divine War long ago created this place; legends dare not step, fearing annihilation by the unyielding and vengeful resentment of Divine spirits.
To a Divine King, such a place naturally bears no concern; as for Noah, he felt no awe here, and indeed, it turns out that way, the two converged, repelling all evil, uninvaded by countless sinister forces.
But when the Master of Mountains and Rivers, White Emperor once again fiddled with the Black Abyss Dragon Spear, specks of crystalline dark light flickered and shimmered within, followed by a voice full of emotion and admiration exclaiming,
"Truly an excellent successor, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a child like you. If only you were my offspring, then I wouldn’t have to exert effort."
