Chapter 803

Chapter 803: Chapter 449: The Black King’s Gift: Path to Ascension
The will of the Black King has awakened!
Within Noah’s Dragon Claw, pale Thunder was spreading, covering the Black Abyss Dragon Spear, ready to subdue this warrior, only slightly inferior to a Divine Artifact, if anything were amiss.
"Heh heh, young one, don’t be tense, I’m merely a remnant soul, I can’t do anything to you."
The old voice continued, making one involuntarily envision a kind and benevolent elderly man.
But whether from Odin’s description or the numerous legends Noah collected in the Space-Time Realm, the Black King had nothing to do with qualities such as compassion, mercy, and goodness.
He was a dragon emblematic of destruction and ruin, bringing despair to all beings and unleashing an apocalypse upon all realms. By the universal values of the Material Realm’s beings, he was the Demon King of all Demon Kings, the Evil Dragon of all Evil Dragons.
Whenever his Favored appeared in the Material World, any who harbored Justice, especially Paladins, would spare no effort to execute them, lest they summon the Black King and trigger the ultimate doomsday.
"A remnant soul? I don’t think your will seems like a remnant soul at all, you’re a bit too lively."
Though he disapproved of the Black King’s conduct, his power was undeniable. Still, Noah maintained basic respect; of course, more importantly, this old fellow was indeed excessively lively.
Who knows how long this old being’s will had been revived? If it’s been maintaining this state for tens of thousands of years, it would be terrifying.
Judging from the fate that befalls owners of the Black Dragon Set—that of dying a miserable death—nine times out of ten, it’s the fault of this old fellow. For such an extended period, this old being had been scheming and plotting; this accumulation even made Odin tremble.
"Hahaha, it’s just seeing such a young and excellent successor excites me. Otherwise, even ordinary beings, even the Dragon Clan, wouldn’t find it so easy to see me."
Black aura like Dragon Snakes rose from the Black Abyss Spear within Noah’s Dragon Claw, ignoring the Thunder web woven on the spear, intertwining mid-air, forming a fierce and malevolent half-bust dragons’ head, with eyes blood-red like a Blood Pool.
Instantly, the image of the Doomsday Dragon King in Noah’s mind became clearer, and the kindly, cheerful, noble elderly man’s form collapsed.
"But, where is your true body? Why not come and take a look, only sending a Split Soul? This is quite a fine world, now showing tendencies of advancing and merging into a Great World."
The deep malice that made even the soul shudder was too obvious, yet the concealment within stirred Noah’s heart.
Great World!
An infinitely vast Material World, brimming with possibilities, the legendary Titans, each capable of rivaling the Divine upon reaching adulthood, emerged from such a vast and boundless Great World.
Even the Divine had to regard such a level of a Material World with reverence; no one knew what was hidden deep within, for the Great World had a high cap of acceptance for powerful native creatures.
From the Dragon Clan’s most ancient inherited memories, Noah understood that even a Dragon King could operate within a Great World, with the premise being a Dragon King born and raised there. An alien Dragon King would still face targeting and suppression upon entering, but the degree of rejection wouldn’t be as extreme as in small to medium Material Realms.
However, multiple Material Realms merging after being Shattered, though indeed a rare Void spectacle, claiming it could advance into a Great World would be laughable.
According to Noah’s judgment, this was impossible; of course, it wasn’t absolute, unless it could devour and merge more Material Realms, then there might be a sliver of chance, but only a sliver, precisely because Noah didn’t want to speak with certainty.
"If you come in now, make it home, propagate your species, when the world advances, maybe you can leverage that power to directly become a Dragon King, rather than struggling through endless years without knowing why."
Anyone could sense the covetousness and greed in the Black King’s tone, yet the temptation within was enough to sway and move the hearts of most beings in Noah’s position.
"Advance into a Great World? Just a ruin, and you dare concoct such a lie, ridiculous!"
As Noah maintained silence and refrained from speaking, Odin on the side contemptuously mocked the Black Dragon’s will without hesitation,
"Noah, don’t listen to his nonsense. What advancing into a Great World, he just wants to lure your true body and take advantage."
"Odin, it’s you indeed."
Upon hearing Odin’s voice, the dragon head formed by black aura swirling around Noah turned sharply, the blood-red dragon eyes reflecting Odin’s current form, a handsome young man with snow-white hair,
"After all these years, you’ve returned! Why don’t you just die? Why can’t you die cleanly, why do you have to come back to bother me!"
Unconcealed voices of resentment and questioning erupted; they were old acquaintances after all, neither side hid their existence. Even if they did, both with their experience and Realm could recognize each other at the first moment.
