"I will not let them down."
It was only then that Iliad's gaze became sharp and piercing.
"Go to the Dusk World for a pilgrimage. In the world illuminated by me, it will be the foundation of your future faith. You must personally demonstrate your great power, leave miracles, and create legends."
"Yes."
When he saw his eldest son following the arrangement and stepping onto the transmission array to the Dusk World, Noah sighed softly, leaving a crimson rainbow spanning across the world in the sky.
This was the Sun Palace suspended beneath the sun, where Noah's main consciousness resided, allowing his offspring, favored, followers, and servants to approach him without risking their lives to touch the sun. This was Noah's proactive manifestation of his true body.
"Iliad!"
It cannot be denied that letting his offspring preach and gain divine status in the Dusk World was due to Noah's personal ambitions. Having a Divine residing and preaching aids in stabilizing the world, preventing its fall, and potentially reviving its prosperity.
Divine beings, in relation to the Material Realm, are not solely parasitic; their presence also aids in the prosperity of the Material World. To a certain degree, it is mutually beneficial. Otherwise, Divines could not easily spread their influence into the Material World, receiving treatment similar to the epic.
Yet, in a world plunged into despair, preaching and manifesting the power of a Divine can earn more loyal faith.
However, the majority of Divines would not invest their efforts in such a world; after the fall of the Dusk World, everything becomes void, and any amount of effort is futile.
But the world after Noah's entry saw significant stability improvements, with no immediate risk of falling. With mindful management and order reconstruction, there is an opportunity for prosperity to be reinstated, reaching its peak.
Thus, this is not just Noah's personal benefit; his offspring could also gain from it. Should the Dusk World develop into a foundation of faith, guarded by Noah's Sun embodiment, its stability exceeds many other Divines. After all, it is a world protected by the Dragon King.
"Terramus!"
"Father!"
Not long after Iliad left, Terramus, the second son who was summoned, arrived.
"Your elder brother is about to ascend the Divine Throne, becoming a Divine of the Radiant Camp. What are your thoughts?"
"I am also planning on divine enthronement!"
"You wish to become a Dragon God?"
"Yes, I want to ascend to a Dragon God, and then advance to a Dragon King."
That is the path most Dragon Kings take, first becoming a Divine, and then using the power bestowed by being a Divine to forge the body of a Dragon King, ultimately breaking free from the constraints of the Divine Position.
As a result, most Dragon Gods within the Dragon Clan exhibit weak divine power, sometimes no more than minor power. Yet if any Divine were to underestimate a Dragon God, many would be overwhelmed by these Dragon Gods dedicated to forging the form of a Dragon King.
"What Divine Position domains are you considering?"
Noah didn't need to preach to his second son like he did for the eldest; before him stood a Golden Dragon whose fiery golden eyes held nothing but ambition.
"Death, Order, and... Machinery!"
Without hesitation, Terramus revealed the two Divine Position domains he planned to delve into, though he hesitated slightly when mentioning the last domain.
"Hmm, not bad."
Although death and machinery might not have inherent connections, his offspring made this choice, and apart from support, Noah had only praise.
Moreover, the Mechanical Undead crafted by Terramus were already his legion's distinctive feature, combining both death and machinery in this creation.
"Proceed according to your own thoughts; you may ascend with your brother."
"Perhaps I could become the Lord of Death, the God of Machinery before my brother."
Upon hearing his father's words, Terramus looked up at the Blazing Sun Holy Dragon seated atop the Immortal Throne, speaking with a half-joking tone.
"If you can surpass your brother, naturally that would be best. He needs a little motivation too."
"I will strive to outperform him, faster and better."
Despite saying this, as a Death God, spreading one's doctrine is significantly more challenging than ordinary Divines. Life inherently opposes death, and few would actively worship a Death God.
However, as one of the commanders in the Great Expedition, Terramus already controlled numerous worlds within the Material Realm. Using these worlds as bases for spreading faith wasn't problematic.
As for preaching in the Dusk World, that could be set aside; those worlds were already despairing enough, without the need for a Death God to add to the chaos.
The ambitious second son caused Noah far less worry than his elder brother; he merely needed to invest resources in him, and the rest he would handle himself.
Regarding his youngest daughter Scadino, Noah intends for her to become an Ice and Snow Goddess. Unlike her two brothers, this little dragon girl indulges in economic development, or rather, amassing wealth, and seemingly prefers to become a Wealth Dragon God rather than an Ice and Snow Goddess.
Nonetheless, when it comes to the Divine Position domain, wealth may not necessarily outweigh ice and snow. Wealth is a Divine Position derived only after the emergence of civilization.
However, in terms of faith collection, the God of Wealth holds unmatched advantages over other Divines; within any sufficiently developed civilization, the general populace would not oppose worshiping a God of Wealth.
The secular mortals desire money so much that the divine power of the God of Wealth is equally immense.
Three offspring, three Divines, were Noah's arrangement. Naturally, Terramus, as the second son, also has the chance to transition from Dragon God to Dragon King, with greater potential, venturing further.
Besides them, within Noah's dragon progeny, his eldest grandson Cezer, granddaughter Nancy, and Hades all exhibit potential to ascend as Divines. Among them, Hades and Cezer might even attempt the Epic Path.
Nonetheless, these are their own matters. Though Noah is a Dragon King, he is not qualified to pave the path for other epics. Moreover, if a path were to be paved, their father should undertake the task; this grandfather has already done enough.
Noah plans not to handle everything for his descendants, arranging just for his children's divine ascension step. Once they become Divines, their fortunes are theirs alone to create.
These plans were only executable after becoming a Dragon King; only then did Noah possess the qualifications and capability to shelter his children's ascent.
"Odin!"
Within the Space-Time Realm, the Master of Mountains and Rivers, the White Emperor, breaks into the prison jointly established by the Divine Race and Demon Kin, known as the Dark Abyss Prison Ruins.
"Aren't you awake yet? How long do you plan to hang up there?"
With a teasing voice, it echoed through what seemed an empty Dark Abyss Prison Ruins, a site akin to the Void Forbidden Domain but far more terrifying.
Within, boundless icy cold constantly swept through, eroding and engulfing the vitality and power of imprisoned beings. A typical legend would survive no longer than three days there before turning into a dried corpse.
Yet within this desolate place was a man with a dignified face, hanging upside down on a cross, hands and feet nailed to it, appearing extremely miserable.
However, no trace of pain could be seen on the man's face; his eyes remained shut, expression serene as if asleep, until the Master of Mountains and Rivers, holding the Dragon Halberd and commanding torrential streams, intruded.
"Noah!"
The man, tormented endlessly and enduring immense humiliation, suddenly opened his eyes, and Noah observed that the man now only retained one eye. The other socket had become a blood hole, having been gouged out.
