Chapter 327: He Has Finally Found Her
(Author’s POV)
"My name is Mira Bolton. And your apology is~ ... not accepted," she stared right at Dion with her perfectly shaped hazel eyes. Her voice was full of conviction, but Dion could clearly tell that she was barely holding on. She then added, "I would like it~ .... if we never meet again."
She didn’t even wait for his reply and just ran off. As if she had stayed a second longer, he would have eaten her alive. But Dion didn’t even try to follow her and just stood there in silence, watching her walk away. But he didn’t take his eyes off her until she disappeared into a corner.
"MIRA BOLTON," he said her name as if he was saying a prayer. "How creative." Then he broke into a light chuckle, which ended up with a good laughter, "Hahahahaha~ ... did you see her, Drey. She is still trying to play pretend. How innovatively cute of her. Just adorable."
’She has gotten even spicier than before,’ Drey added. ’But I am glad she is alright. She didn’t seem to have any dreadful injury on her.’ He was saying this because of the bloodied piece of clothing, the ultimate clue, that led him to Myra.
Although her last words were stingy but Dion and his wolf were both elated to finally meet her after such a long time. They didn’t mind it much. After all, she was the one who ran away and had been hiding in Esteria. There will be some sort of resistance. He was expecting such a reaction, for sure.
’But her scent~ .... She still didn’t have her natural scent on her. I felt as if something was concealing it,’ Drey further added. ’But thank the heavenly Moon Goddess, without her and Elio, we wouldn’t have found Myra so soon. I must say~ ..... she really is stealthy.’
Listening to his wolf’s words, Dion’s mind spiralled back to the conversation from a day before.

At Esteria’s, The Grand International Airport.
The Everests’ siblings were waiting for Elio and Brave’s flight. Dion was mercilessly teasing Elio nonstop with Wendy’s name. He was telling Alaric and Brave the story about their encounter outside the restaurant, "You guys didn’t see how flushed his face was, and how speechless he was in front of that girl. I have never seen our youngest behave like that. It was a sight to see. Rave~ ... You should have some as well."
He gave them a rundown on what went through. Brave joined in with the teasing, "Is it true, hmm, Eli? That girl must be really special, huhh."
"Can we not do this again? I already told you this morning that there is no such thing between us. Brother Dio, don’t blow things out of proportion. Brother Al~ ... please say something to them," Elio sorted Alaric’s help.
But Alaric was in a realm of his own world, busy fighting his wolf and fighting his hidden urges as well.
Seeing him so pensive and absent minded, everyone’s attention shifted towards him. Elio called out to him again, "Brother Al~ ...." Brave patted his shoulder as well, "Alaric~ ..... Alaric~"
The touch finally brought him back from his reverie to reality as he realized everyone’s eyes were on him. He straightened his posture and asked, his voice nonchalant, "What is it?"
Elio thought he was worried about the rogue situation, so he tried to comfort him, "Brother Al, don’t worry too much. We will definitely counter those shady, vile rogues."
Alaric didn’t correct him. He just made a stern expression and stated, "Yes, we will."
He then excused himself, "Uhhh~ ... I need to make a call to my secretary. I will just be back," saying this, he got up and walked out of the VVIP private lounge.
Dion exhaled a heavy breath and commented, as he shook his head, "Al~ .... Ohh~ Al. He is trying to take too much responsibility on his shoulders." Then he muttered under his breath, unconsciously, "Is being the Lycan heir a blessing or a curse?"
Brave pressed his lips; his expression turning rigid instantly, but it was just for a brief moment. However, Elio saw it and pinched Dion’s arm.
Dion also realized he had voiced his thoughts out loud and clicked his tongue. He then tried to cover it up, "I~ .... didn’t mean it in that way."
Brave saw his awkward expression and couldn’t help but chuckle at his sloppy attempt. He knew his brother meant no harm. As he was about to say something, he got a mind link from their father. He also excused himself and walked out.
Seeing his receding figure, Elio glared at Dion, who then smacked his lips animatedly and then apologized, "Sorry. My tongue just slipped." After a while, Dion changed the topic back to Wendy and asked Elio, "Did you message your friend?"
"Why would I do that without any reason?" Elio gave him a puzzling look.
"Ughhhh~ ...... moon goddess. *Huff* ... Do you need a reason to text someone, huhhh? Eli~ .... And even if you need, there was a well plated one," Dion said exasperatedly.
This only confused Elio even more, "Huhh? What are you on about?"
"Her sister? You could have texted her asking about her sister’s health," Dion mentioned, recalling the woman covered in a scarf. "You seriously need to up your game, bro."
Elio pressed his lips and scratched his forehead, "I will ask her, after landing."
"Whatever," Dion rolled his eyes at him. After finishing the talk with Noah, Brave came inside and said, "It’s time."
Elio stood up, followed by Dion. As Elio was about to board the flight, Dion suddenly stopped him and asked, "By the way, what was the sister’s name?"
"Who’s sister?" Elio questioned, his eyes narrowed.
"Your friend’s sister. What was her name again?" Dion asked casually.
"Umm~ .... I don’t know. Before getting her name, she had that episode," Elio mentioned. "Why do you ask?"
"Just because," Dion shrugged.
All of a sudden, Elio mumbled under his breath, "Funny enough, Myra’s younger sister’s name is also Wendy."
It was spoken in a voice so soft that it was almost inaudible, but Dion clearly heard it. His eyes dilated as his steps halted, and he was hit with a sudden realization.
He remembered how oddly the girl was behaving. At that time, he chalked it down to her not feeling well, but now, listening to his brother’s words, he could tell that there was more to it. He started connecting the dots one by one.
Elio noticed his dazed expression and asked, "Brother Dio, what happened?" Dion quickly snapped out and adjusted his facial expression, "Nothing~ ... As soon as you reach home, give Nora her gift. And don’t forget to make a video of it, hmm."
Elio nodded as he and Brave went ahead.
Dion and Alaric both got out of the airport, with their minds preoccupied by their thoughts about Myra. The car ride back to the hotel was a very silent one, as neither of them spoke a word.
Dion mind linked Anya and inquired, "Did you find anything?"
She replied with, "Still investigating."
"I have a new task for you. Find information about the girl named Wendy Mir. She is currently studying at Red Stone University. Get every little detail about her, especially her elder sister."
With a lead now, Anya answered, "On it. I will do as you say."
The mind link disconnected as Drey commented, ’But I didn’t sense Myra’s scent on her at all. Maybe we are reading into her name too much.’
’But we need to check and make sure about it. I have this weird feeling that we might get a step closer to her,’ Dion was adamant.
Drey understood his words as well. They didn’t want to leave no stone unturned.

In the evening, around nine thirty, he received a mind link from Anya, "Young Alpha, I have got information on the person you asked for."
Dion wasted no time and made an excuse to Alaric that he was going to explore the nightlife. He even asked Alaric whether he wanted to join, knowing fully that the latter would definitely decline.
After seeing that the coast was all clear, he went to meet Anya, where she ed to him about Wendy as well as Myra.
Dion, as well as his wolf, was beyond ecstatic to finally hear those words. He wanted to rush to meet, to see Myra, but he somehow composed himself not to act on impulse. Then he recalled Jacob’s offer and instantly made up his mind.

When he entered the class, he knew that Wendy was going to be there. But he wasn’t expecting Myra to be there as well. He was overwhelmed with emotions, but he couldn’t just lose control. So, he just watched her discreetly. Every little action, from her shocking face to her frowning look, he took in, and it convinced him fully that the person he had been looking for, after all this time, he had finally found her. HE HAS FOUND HIS FATED MATE. HE HAS FOUND MYRA MIRACLE.
