Chapter 26: Chapter 26: Stop, Someone’s Coming
Eleanor Valerius also felt ashamed.
She sat in the car, half-hidden, visible only in Sebastian Ford’s line of sight.
Looking at her, Sebastian Ford felt a tug of appreciation, yet her public display sparked his possessive desire to keep her to himself.
"Is the Valerius Family so poor they can’t afford clothes with more fabric?"
Listening to his anger, Eleanor Valerius knew she had a chance.
"It’s a bit cold tonight, can I borrow a piece of clothing?"
Eleanor Valerius stepped out of the car, feeling the heated danger in his gaze.
The driver in the seat lowered his head, not daring to look around.
Sebastian Ford lifted Eleanor Valerius onto the car, circled to the back door of the old mansion, and took her to the underground wine cellar.
"What is Master Ford going to do to me?"
Eleanor Valerius looked at him, her gaze seven parts seductive, three parts panicked.
Suddenly, Sebastian Ford placed her on the table with one hand, directly pushing open her knees, his body closing in, pressing her into a backward arch.
"Dear niece, you have guts, daring to openly seduce me in the Ford Family."
Eleanor Valerius, in the light, her skin snow-white, was perfectly sensuous under his scrutiny.
"Do you like what you see?"
She slightly arched her back and asked.
Sebastian Ford bent over, observing her, the black lace faintly visible, the fishbone corset design at her waist accentuating her proud curves.
Indeed alluring.
"Not appealing."
"Should I ask someone else?"
Eleanor Valerius used reverse psychology.
Soon, Sebastian Ford tore her dress, his Jade Ring rubbing against her skin inch by inch.
"My dress... You’ll need to compensate me."
She wanted him to take responsibility, as she couldn’t afford it herself.
"Alright, I’ll get you a new one."
Sebastian Ford first undressed her, cleanly, then had her wait here.
The temperature in the underground wine cellar was quite comfortable.
Eleanor Valerius sat on the table, not really feeling cold.
She curled up slightly to cover her body, appearing most pleasing in his eyes.
Sebastian Ford was in a good mood, selected a bottle of red wine, and opened it.
"Want some?"
Eleanor Valerius shook her head.
But, Sebastian Ford gripped her waist, urging her to stretch her body.
The cold red wine slowly poured into her neck hollow.
Eleanor Valerius immediately trembled, allowing him to bend down and taste the wine off her skin.
It tickled.
Her body shivered continuously.
Sebastian Ford tasted slowly and meticulously, again and again, until her skin was imbued with the fragrance of wine.
"The wine is good."
Eleanor Valerius, panting, watched him.
She knew that once she schemed against him, he would inevitably retaliate more fiercely and ruthlessly.
The body warmed up, unsure if it was due to the red wine or his tongue.
"Master Ford, the clothes have been brought."
Mason Monroe outside avoided looking.
Sebastian Ford personally dressed her, retaining the marks he had tasted, without wiping them clean.
Eleanor Valerius felt sticky discomfort hidden under the modest formal dress.
She stood up and left the table, walking to the door to exit, encountering the servant fetching wine in the wine cellar.
"Someone..."
Eleanor Valerius instinctively retreated inward to hide.
Sebastian Ford suddenly embraced her from behind against the wine cabinet, both tightly pressed in the shadows.
He chose to kiss her precisely at the moment of greatest tension.
"Stop..."
The body was suspended in the air, Eleanor Valerius felt her body couldn’t support it, unintentionally reaching out, nails scratching a light blood mark on his neck.
"Shh."
The servant didn’t notice anything strange, fetched the wine, and left.
Sebastian Ford then released Eleanor Valerius from his embrace.
"Sorry."
Eleanor Valerius furrowed her delicate brow, not expecting to scratch him.
"Tsk, it hurts."
Sebastian Ford feigned a plaintive act.
Eleanor Valerius suddenly stood on tiptoe, touching his neck with soft lips and tongue, licking the wound.
"Good girl, I forgive you."
Sebastian Ford patted her head, like treating a contrite little pet.
They left the wine cellar separately.
If found by the Ford Family disappearing together, it would cause trouble.
When Byron Ford saw Sebastian Ford emerging from the wine cellar’s side.
"Third brother, you’re back? Why are you here?"
"Getting a bottle of wine."
Sebastian Ford walked past him.
Byron Ford caught sight of the scratch on his neck, his eyes suddenly lighting up.
The woman who could make Sebastian Ford willing to play the role of a male mistress—did he bring her into the Ford Family?
Caught crucial information.
Byron Ford began searching for suspicious women in the Ford Family.
...
Eleanor Valerius, who scratched Master Ford, had already fled.
She walked to the rear courtyard, finding her second sister.
However, Ivy Valerius was blocked in the corridor by Ford Family’s security captain, Zane Jennings, unable to leave.
Zane Jennings was being handsy, his gaze lecherous.
Ivy Valerius had been tamed by Regina Jennings over the years, dare not resist.
Only slightly disobedient and rebellious, she would face severe punishment and consequences.
Over time, the subconscious fear made one increasingly timorous, like a trained dog.
"Second sister, we are guests in the Ford Family."
Eleanor Valerius, with a fierce gaze, directly pushed her second sister back.
"Third Miss Valerius, the Valerius Family aren’t considered guests in the Ford Family."
Zane Jennings, interrupted in his act, was uncowardly arrogant.
"Captain Jennings, regardless of our status, you can’t bully us. Please step aside!"
Eleanor Valerius firmly led her second sister away.
They hadn’t taken a few steps, when Zane Jennings suddenly shoved hard from behind.
Eleanor Valerius and Ivy Valerius, unsteady, bumped into the display cabinet, breaking things.
"The two Miss Valerius causing trouble in the Ford Family—if I to the steward, what consequences will the Valerius Family face?"
"You’re deliberately framing us! I will let the steward check the surveillance."
Eleanor Valerius pointed at him, arguing on principle.
"Will the steward let you check? You’re not Mrs. Lancaster yet!"
Zane Jennings sneered, threatening: "This is a surveillance blind spot. It doesn’t capture me pushing, only shows you breaking things. If I claim you did it, then you did. If you don’t want trouble to implicate the Valerius Family, let Second Miss Valerius come to plead with me tonight."
He valued Ivy Valerius’s mature allure, wishing to test her skills in bed.
"What do you think you are? Just a bully abusing power like a dog!"
Eleanor Valerius seethed with anger.
"Eleanor, I don’t want to implicate you."
Ivy Valerius stopped her, indifferent to accompanying another man.
"Second sister..."
This numbness was a form of self-harm, was it not?
Eleanor Valerius bit her lip, unwilling to endure.
In the next moment, she saw the servant placing Mr. Ford’s auctioned treasures, deliberately smashing a vase.
The crash was loud.
"That’s the vase Mr. Ford likes!"
Faced with the servant’s questioning gaze, Eleanor Valerius pretended arrogance, rebutting, "It wasn’t me!"
Alerting the steward, Eleanor Valerius was even more assertive: "It was the servant! If the steward doesn’t believe me, check the surveillance."
Upon hearing, Zane Jennings’s face turned pale, quickly ordering to handle the surveillance.
Eleanor Valerius forced Zane Jennings himself to destroy evidence, leaving him no reason to bully her second sister further.
Sure enough, when the steward investigated, the surveillance unexpectedly malfunctioned.
"Someone must be accountable for the damage."
At this point, even the unafraid Valerius Family’s servant stood to accuse Eleanor Valerius.
"It’s true that Third Miss Valerius knocked over the vase."
Eleanor Valerius initially denied stubbornly, until the issue escalated to Mr. Ford.
"Not admitting wrongdoing—is this the Valerius Family’s rule? Go kneel and reflect properly."
Mr. Ford was angered by Eleanor Valerius’s attitude.
Then, Eleanor Valerius was maliciously punished by Zane Jennings, made to kneel on a pebble-strewn path.
Near dinner time.
Members of the Ford Family passing the dining room would walk by kneeling Eleanor Valerius.
Not a single person spoke up for her.
Eleanor Valerius’s slender figure, back rigidly upright, dared not move.
Being punished was better than being humiliated.
Ivy Valerius worried, yet considering her relationship with the third uncle, harbored hope.
Eleanor Valerius, after kneeling for a while, felt her knees ache intensely.
At that moment, Sebastian Ford approached the dining room.
His tall and straight figure passed through the dark.
Eleanor Valerius involuntarily held her breath, sensing Sebastian Ford’s approach.
