After Breaking Up, I Married the General-Chapter 120 - 119: Making Stabilizers for High Level Sentinels 2

Chapter 120

Chapter 120: Chapter 119: Making Stabilizers for High Level Sentinels 2
Now that he thinks about it most of the officials in the government and military officers were all S level or 2S level sentinels.
So of course, even if the herbs he used are rarer compared to the ones he used in the past they would all guarantee that he wouldn’t be short on herbs.
The potion can guarantee that they could survive even after having a mania so they would surely see through it that the supply of the herbs would be enough.
"They just sent the record. It seems that the one who sent the herbs to you is Ren," Layton Lewis said after browsing the data that was sent to him.
"Lieutenant General Ren?"
"Yes, it’s him."
"Where did he even get a chance to harvest such herbs?" Mr. Hanes wondered.
"It seems that he got them by accident because some of the herbs he gave were badly damaged," Ryzel said.
It seemed that Lieutenant General Ren only gave the herbs to him because he said that they could give him some uncommon herbs.
He might have only checked that the plant wasn’t poisonous and directly gave it to him as part of his payment.
When he was checking the herbs, he got as payment for guiding the sentinels he saw that that some of the herbs were damaged, so he was curious as to why such herbs were included. That’s why immediately checked its component and then he found out that it has great cohesive effect.
"I will let Ren come over here. However, you may wait for a while as he was in charge of training the interns in this hour," Layton Lewis said while sending a message to Ren.
"Okay."
"Then, I will leave first, I need to study your research in depth," Mr. Hanes said.
"See, you later Mr. Hanes," Ryzel said his goodbye.
Mr. Hanes went back to the medical center; he would probably study what he did in his research.
"By the way, how are the interns?" Ryzel asked as he was focused on his research.
He didn’t bother asking about how they were doing. Now that he heard about them again, he was a bit curious about how they were currently doing.
"They were all doing fine. This batch of interns have a lot of potential.
A lot of sentinels were already participating in the patrols and have experienced killing the Zergs.
The guides who came this time were also able to complete their daily quotas," Layton Lewis said.
"It seems that you are satisfied with this batch of interns," Ryzel said as Layton Lewis said that they have a lot of potential.
He already noticed that except for him, Layton Lewis rarely praised other people.
"Yes, at least they were indeed better than the other batches and you are also included in this batch so of course, I can say that your batch is amazing.
You are already making such helpful potions after exceeding the quota you needed to submit.
With just you in this batch I could already say that your batch is good," Layton Lewis said with a slight smile.
"Ha ha, I know," Ryzel said while laughing a bit.
"What about Lyre?" He asked as he didn’t know how Lyre had been doing for the past days.
"He was doing well and just submitting his daily quota. I’m sure he could do more, but he wasn’t doing anything more that would exceed his quota."
"That’s just the way Lyre is. He would only do what is required of him. If you want him to do more then you could just arrange for him to start group guiding as he was more interested in it. He would put more effort in the things he was interested in."
"Mervin already talked to me about it. He doesn’t want Lyre to start group guiding for now. He said that Lyre should only start group guiding after he graduates. Of course, if needed, Lyre would still need to do group guiding," Layton Lewis explained.
"It seems that Mervin just doesn’t want Lyre to guide others for the time being," Ryzel said with a slight smile.
There was actually not much difference if Lyre started group guiding now or later.
It seemed that Mervin was the one who doesn’t want Lyre to do group guiding for now.
If it’s Lyre he would surely agree because he was interested in playing music rather than making potions.
"Of course he doesn’t want to, no sentinel would want their guides guiding others. That’s why he was looking for reasons not to allow Lyre to do group guiding for now," Layton Lewis said seriously.
"Ha? So, that means you are also extremely reluctant to let me guide others," Ryzel said teasingly.
"Yes, if possible, I don’t want you guiding others unfortunately the situation doesn’t allow it.
I don’t want you guiding others, but I understand that the other sentinels also needed your guidance, especially the 2S sentinels because no one can guide them better than you do," Layton Lewis admitted honestly.
When he was guiding others, he always felt that Layton Lewis would always be colder. It seems that he acts that way because he was actually unwilling to let him guide others.
Ryzel understands that Sentinels always feel extreme possessiveness with their guides especially if their compatibility rate is high.
He could only praise Layton Lewis for his restraint, as he didn’t see him doing anything bad or losing control after seeing him guide other sentinels once or twice a day.
"You’re doing a good job, thanks," Ryzel said then kissed Layton Lewis cheeks as a reward.
"The reward isn’t enough," Layton Lewis said and kissed him on his lips.
"H-Hey, stop already we are still in my laboratory," Ryzel said once Layton Lewis let go of him to catch his breath.
"It’s still not enough," Layton Lewis said and planned to kiss him again, but he was interrupted with a knock.
Knock, knock
"General Lewis, may I enter?"
Hearing Lieutenant General Ren, Ryzel immediately got out Layton Lewis embraced and hurriedly fixed himself.
Yes, come in," Layton Lewis said.
Ryzel could tell that Layton Lewis was even in a bad mood unfortunately he can’t do anything even though he was interrupted because he was the one who called for Lieutenant General Ren.
"Hello General Lewis, Mr. Ryzel, what do you need me for General?" Lieutenant General Ren said.
"Ren, you are the one who gave Ryzel this plant. Where did you get it?" Layton Lewis said while showing the herb Ryzel used for his potion.
"That plant? General Lewis, I got those herbs when I stopped by Planet 125 because my mecha was damaged, three years ago.
I found those plants together with the Seca herb so when I was gathering the Seca herb I gathered them together with it because I am in a hurry," Lieutenant General Ren said after taking a look at the herb.
It seemed that Lieutenant General Ren just picked it accidentally, and when he gave the Seca herbs as payment he submitted those herbs together with it.
"So, you got it during the time we helped in defending the Eastern Border."
"Yes, General."
"Planet 125? Where is it?" Ryzel asked.
"Planet 125 is one of the border planets in the northeast region here in the frontier," Layton Lewis explained.
"I see."
"General why are you asking about that plant?" Lieutenant General Ren asked curiously.
"We need it for the stabilizers Ryzel made for S level sentinels," Layton Lewis explained briefly.
"Wow! Ryzel, have you already made stronger stabilizers that are effective for us?" Lieutenant General Ren excitedly asked.
"Yes, we only need to real life trial but before that we still need to find this herb because it is a major component of the potion," Ryzel said.
"Wow! You are really amazing Ryzel!"
"You remember which part area you got this plant, right? You will be part of the people we are going to send to get some this plant together with a team that would study its growth and determine its environment."
If they could simulate its growth environment, then they could also grow it in other planets and they wouldn’t need to just wait for its supply in Planet 125. They also need to determine if is really only available on Planet 125.
"Of course, I remember it General."
"Okay you may go. I will inform you when, later on. Don’t forget say anything about the stabilizers yet," Layton Lewis commanded.
"Yes General, I’ll get going now."
After Lieutenant General Ren went out of the laboratory Ryzel said, "I also wanted to be part of the personnel going to Planet 125."
Layton Lewis looked at him immediately after hearing what he said.
Hearing that Planet 125 was part of the border planets Ryzel knew that it could be a bit dangerous because they might encounter Zergs.
"Why do you want to go?" Layton Lewis asked instead of immediately rejecting it because of the possible danger.
